Go to work to do your job, not make friends. Keep up with your productivity because someone else always is. Management don't hover over you as long as you're doing what you're supposed to be doing and not causing problems. The office I work in has a easy to work with staff (on most days). People show concern for one another. The hardest part of the job for me is staying ahead or on track with documentation. I enjoy going to work to talk to and laugh with my coworkers and patients. It makes me feel good when my being there helped someone that day, even if it was just by spreading a little "kindness" (our code word for the year). 

Caresouth Carolina is a great place to work and I highly recommend employment for anyone that is looking for dependable well paid job. The employees are friendly and are great to work with in a daily basis. Since I have been at Caresouth Carolina I have learned many different jobs. I currently assist with accounts for 12 different offices that are owned by Caresouth Carolina and it takes a person that has a lot of patience and someone who is very responsible to get this job done. The hardest part of the job is adjusting the patients account and to check for accuracy and no errors. The most enjoyable part of my job is that I get to work with six other people in my department so there is a not a barren on one person.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part of working for Caresouth is my schedule and having set hours. Meeting new faces and being able to provide services by traveling 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Most stressful part is When a patient needs medicine and it’s on a nation wide back order.. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Heart warming every one is so pleasant 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typical day is Busy and on the go.. nothing strenuous

My most enjoyable part of the job was taking care of my patients. Worked with referrals, callbacks, injections, providers when they needed assistance, and including numerous other tasks during the day. Management was very poorly ran and complaints not handled in a orderly fashion. Harassment and bullying existed in certain facilities and were not handled correctly by management. Eight hours not enough to get everything done that management wanted to get done.

A typical day begins @7:30, swiping my card, a good morning to all, and informing everyone I am in the building. My first consumer is usually between 7:30 or 8:00 am, and phone calls in between consumer visits.  One day of the week is outreach in the community.  I have learned how to assist consumers with the help they need.  My co-workers will send patients that are in need of help.  The hardest part of my job is not being able to assist and provide the help a patient need.  The most enjoyable part of the job helping others.

We see a combination of patients mostly targeted towards the lower income families. A variety of cultures and backgrounds. Work with some great people and great providers that give it all they have each day. The hardest part of the job could be just not being able to get off your feet from time to time. Or not feeling like you accomplished anything that day even though you probably did. I love dealing with the families and patients each day, they are the reason I do what I do.

Caresouth used to be a great place to work. Staff was family and the community respected our work. 
But not any more 
The company policy now is money, money, money. 

The patients say that Caresouth doesn't care anymore. Too many appointments a day, no time with your doctor, waiting in the lobby takes hours, no one ever returns your phone calls.
 Staff is discouraged because no one in management cares about us, pay is terrible and there's no room for advancement. 
If you're not already in Caresouth upper management there's no future for you here.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Love my coworkers and patients, we are like family. We have most weekends and holidays off.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The number of patients we see in a day per provider. With all types of walk ins seen that day.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Family- we work as a team to help our community.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
730-6 for days a week  constant patient care clean and stock rooms

The company provided great leadership and goals to follow.  A caring and balanced daily environment was provided.  My days typically involved follow up for maintenance issues and facilities assistance of any kind.  We managed 14 care facilities across 5 counties and 3 additional administrative support offices.  I enjoyed the people I worked with every day.  Nothing was too challenging but like any other work place challenges presented itself everyday.
