There's none. As far as the recruiters I have. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great as far as the 4 years I've been with them

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Don't work at the company.  I'm a traveler, but in every department we have to deal with us awesome

Upon being hired for this job; I knew it was going to be alil challenging because I never done recruiting for a nationwide travel agency. However, once I learned how to recruit the way I was trained to; it become very easy to do. What I loved most was the support I had from Mike who was 1 of the owners & I also loved how laid back the place was along with no dress code policy so you never had to worry about what you were going to wear to work. 5*****'s.

Job kept you busy at all times. Work life balance was great. Company made sure employees had fun and bonded with other co-workers. 

At times I felt singled out and micro-managed but I did not let this deter me from what I enjoyed doing. And I knew I was a good worker so I was not bothered by this. Your attitude makes it or breaks it. I was determined to make it work. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
It’s great company work but some recruiters are not very helpful plus u get pay week

There is nothing too stressful about the company

I don’t know I’m a contract  I’m sorry that it

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I would know because work at office

I was unfamiliar with working for a staffing agency as a teacher, so there were some misunderstandings in the beginning as far as how things were done, but I have found them to be very supportive and understanding during some difficult situations both professionally and personally. The lack of security from year to year with school districts is disconcerting to me, however, beyond that I would definitely recommend this company!!!

The company is always putting the employees first. We have team-building activities and fun events that we get to attend. Management is always encouraging and helps us with what we need to continually develop our skills to be successful. 

I've seen a lot of Recruiters and Client Relations Manangers over the years at different competitor companies ..and.. I TRULY believe CareStaff Partners does it different-- from every memeber on the team to Leadership we don't just say the words -- company culture-- we live it everyday with integrity. Proud to work for this company! 

Extremely helpful with finding good clinical fit for my skill set. Very supportive in the credentialing process. Very responsive with electronic communication and I felt that I had a good team to support me on temporary travel assignments.

Psych Hospital Contract
The training is for 1 1/2 weeks very informative and made me feel ready for the position. 8-hour shifts overtime available. It is a very laid-back and welcoming unit. Nights can be hectic but for the most part, it is fascinating and a great learning experience.
