I have worked for this company for about 3 years in 3 different roles and under 5 different supervisors. Like all workplaces, there are areas to improve, but overall they have been attentive to my needs and work to find places their employees fit.
It is hard work, undeniably. It is also some of the most rewarding work I have done in a very long time. 
Cons:
*HR/Payroll - make sure you are paying attention your pay stubs, you will get paid what you are supposed to, but make sure they are taking out enough for taxes, I have unfortunately owed taxes for the first time in my life every year I have been with the company *Communication: This is actively improving, but like with most companies of this size, information can sometimes travel slowly

Pros
 *Accommodations: Do you need music to work? Need a different type of phone or computer setup d/t issues with eyes/ears? Need a few extra breaks d/t a mental health or neuropsych issue? ASK THEM! I have never been told no without very good reason for it when requesting disability accomodations *Inclusivity: Color, creed, gender...none of it matters here - there are people from all over the world, and many different cultures working cohesively here *Adaptability: In the big picture of healthcare, this is still a fledgling organization with big ideas, if a process doesn't work or doesn't scale appropriately it will be fixed. They encourage input from all staff and want to make sure that systems not only work for upper management, but work for everybody.

Management has a very hands-on approach.
Leadership is invested in the mission and genuinely care about the people we serve. While it is a younger company that is growing rapidly, this company maintains its purpose which shows integrity and dedication to the mission. From my experience, upholding values is extremely hard to find in a company, especially in healthcare.
Office staff work 8 hours with a required 1 hour lunch break.
Work-life balance is ok for office staff if you maintain boundaries. However, policies are not very flexible with hours to accommodate schedules outside of work.

The culture, pressure to achieve your daily minute goal with no incentive and unrealistic expectations.

Toxic, overwhelming, and not caring or compassionate. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You primarily work for one or two providers, coordinating care for patients and their needs. The job itself and what it requires is fairly easy, just repetitive and can be overwhelming at times. But don’t expect them to get your federal taxes right at all, many many many employees screwed over because someone in payroll doesnt have a clue what they are doing. If you are looking for a new start, this is not it and do not waste your time.

As the company continues to grow, the team is efficient in ensuring the communication between providers and clinicians is met with a level of understanding to provide exceptional care to the patients, and to the families, and to each other in the company.  It is a wonderful experience to be a part of a new and growing company.  Although ideas and suggestions may take time to process in the management level, I believe the ideas and suggestions are heard.  It will take management time to process suggestions and implement them.  Relationships cannot develop or become established without communication.  Careline Health Group is an ideal company for communication from the CEO to the field providers to the office employees.  It's a great opportunity to be a part of when the CEO makes time to connect with all employees through the technology provided in today's world.

The job itself is purposeful and meaningful. I have loved working with my patients. The relationships built with them and being there with them makes the job worth it most days. 
Management is laughable. Seems like they have Little to no understanding of what the job entails, support in the field, or value in the work that you do or the hours you put in. Trying to talk to them about issues, concerns, or even ideas for how to improve will be met with excuses, blame, or just being written off. Communication between the team in the field is a joke and you're often left putting a puzzle together from previous visit notes and talking to caregivers. It makes it extremely hard to provide continuity of care. 
Patients and family should be able to "expect exceptional" but with management where it's at, this seems like a far off fantasy that will never be reached. 

Young fast growing company. Too many layers of management. It takes too long to get answers to questions or To get an answer if you ask questions. Pay for some jobs is very good and others not so much. There are so many different jobs in this company that some may be perfectly happy here and some will be leaving shortly after starting. I see big turn over.  Very little consistency with day to day procedures. Upper management does have a way to recognize talent in employees. Management thinks out of the box and Innovative With new programs and job descriptions. 

The hardest and most enjoyable part of the job is caring for people and knowing that is the focus from start to finish of your day.  Ask yourself, did I care for my people today the way I would care for my grandmother and if so, you will know you have done the right thing for your patient and the company. 

Are there challenges day to day? Sure, but this is health care in a broken system designed to take care of sick people rather than prevent fires.  The back office staff works hard to support the providers and keep open lines of communication with family members and the facilities they serve. Back office investment has been heavy and the providers are supported.
