Since starting with CarePath, the company has implemented various additions to our roles in multiple departments with no merit increase due to increased workload.  We are given one performance review per year, in which were are reviewed in multiple categories.  This includes employee development, but not just our own.  We are expected to train new team members yet do not receive any additional pay or even resources (such as standard SOPs) to aide us in the process.  

Our health insurance premiums have increased as well as our deductibles, so we are paying more for less coverage.  We are told that the company is not in a financial position to offer any sort of holiday bonus yet they continue to expand and buy into other companies all while making sure upper management can enjoy perks such as sporting events and dinner including beverages.  I do NOT feel appreciated as a mid-level employee.

 I can only speak from the RN’s perspective. You will be overworked and not paid additional money for working more than 40 hours or getting more than your required 30 points weekly. Nobody likes to work additional time without being compensated. The best part about this job is the autonomy, and the relationships you get to build with your patients. That being said it can be difficult to get an answer if you do have a question about a patient or an infusion. In my opinion I would not recommend this place for a new RN or one that doesn’t have experience in infusion nursing. There is no feeling of being a team in the nursing department, a few of the RN’s try but it is difficult.  Remember people don’t quit jobs they quit poor management or leadership, unfair pay practices, and feeling undervalued or unappreciated. Good luck

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
New management and supervisor and being micromanage and we've been through 3 supervisors.... feeling unappreciated overworked and underpaid . 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Well we work from home but it will be stressful to come back in office with new managers mostly work from home out of state.  And the new supervisor and lead are new it is like blind leading the blind 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Quite since I'm in my own home which helps with being stress with being overloaded with work.  Their is 10 position open for collection. AND other departments are short handed and we as collectors are being use to take up the slack that we can't work in our own field as collectors

What is the best part of working at the company?
I really enjoyed working at CarePathRx when I started. But due to recent changes and Management staff this place has become unbearable and undesirable to work there.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The Collection Management staff, show favoritism and unfair treatment to certain individuals.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Hostile and toxic when the new collections management team shows favoritism to certain individuals. And are unwilling to work with certain individuals for unknown reasons.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy but if you are able to multitask you will be ok

Management is really great in providing flexibility for work schedule regarding a remote position. As a dietitian I am able to play a large role in ensuring the success of enteral nutrition for patients requiring tube feeding at home. From my experience personally and professionally patients receive minimal instruction on how to properly administer the tube feedings once home and being able to provide that kind of support for a patient not only ensures the success of reaching their tube feeding goals but provides a huge amount of mental relief and  decreases their anxiety levels.

I've worked at pipeline for 4 years now and have really enjoyed it. I've worked out of the Denver call center where it's just me working with pharmacists across the country. There is lots of clinical opportunities, advancement options, and different roles to change around if you ever get bored. Management has definitely changed a lot recently but honestly for the best and the company as a whole continues to get better and better. 

There were employees putting hands on manager, manager putting hands on employee, no one could leave hands off each other, one guy constantly scoped new employees for his dates, a chaotic mess, metrics were inconsistent a complete joke, a quarter of the employees related to each other in small workplace 

I do not recommend this company.  The training is very confusing and the staff is distracted and pulled all over the place. once you feel you are learning the job they pile more on you and explain it in confusing ways. The pay and benefits are sub par. I hear they do not give fair raise but I did not stay long enough to find out. 

No room for growth, multiple departments but they are not supported by under management of your are looking to become a lead. Work is pushed on you and the pay is little. If offered the money you want it may not be work the stress. Always struggling to put systems In place and no one ever knows what they are doing. High turnover rate. 

Working at CarepathRx has been a great experience. The company has adjusted well to growth and changes. The team work is excellent and it feels like you're able to be productive and manage all your tasks. Some work from home and some work from the office. Could use a little more employee activities to grow the office culture.
