Manager in housekeeping laundry is very good at her work.,is more of a hands on type supv.which is good.. The others in the dept can be catty and back stabbing,,alot of pointing out faults in others to make themselves look better.No team work unless your in the click of some.Started at 10.00 hr,even with years exp.,left after 15 months and was making 10.35.hr.  No incentives for employees at all,not one.Housekeeping gets overlook alot. Few in the dept are professional at looking busy  and doing nothing,,managers know this but nothing is ever done,,you will still take on what they wont do.

This place is the worst experience of my life! Not only lazy people also poor management, extremely poor scheduling, and also payroll problems the whole time I worked there every single check was wrong!!! And pay always changed on every check! You get treated like a pile of trash in the middle of the road unless your a kiss butt! Everyone is rude and very “high class” you don’t get to leave on your lunch which is only 30 mins!! And can NOT go out to smoke! I got disrespected multiple times. Please don’t put your family here either they abuse the residents and don’t seem to care when you tell them what’s going on!!

Decent place to work. Nice facility, typically always had needed supplies. Providers were great, easy to contact. Lots of agency. Seemed to have a lot of long term employees, but the Admissions Director, ADON, Activities Director, Social Worker, & MDS nurse are all very condescending and rude which seemed to run off new staff consistently. DON was amazing, really cared about the staff and residents. Administrator was rarely seen. Nurses and aides are overworked and under compensated

Supportive and organized as well as fast paced.

Go go go! But also lots of time to spoil the residents.

I enjoyed working there, just needed to change jobs at the time. I would recommand it for someone looking for a full time job. You get paid bi-weekly.

Under the leadership of the new management, Oak Creek has become amazing place to work.  The managers are involved,  are out on the floor  working when the need arises.  The DON and Admin really listen and work hard to solve any issues.  Low patient ratio so I feel like I can really take care of my residents! 

You Will be treated like lower end trash. Activities can’t keep anyone because their director acts like god herself.  She will walk all over you. It’s her way or the high way. You can’t make suggestions to anything because you will get shot down. She has people around the building watch you... and if you make the wrong move they run  and tell her.and tell  her.

While working at Oak Creek Terrace, I learned that a typical worksheet changes.  You always meet smiling new faces, the management is very enjoyable.  The hardest part was learning the resident's names, but that became the most fun.  The most enjoyable part was building relationships with each resident and coworker.

This is by far the worst job I’ve ever had. Extremely overworked and underpaid. No one has any respect for housekeepers. Rudest nurses and aides I’ve ever worked around, they also take forever to answer residents call lights. The other housekeepers at this location have been here forever so they are very two-faced to new employees. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Even though I did get the chance to learn new things there is to much back stabbers and drama. Working together isn't there. The company needs admission nurse that does all of new admissions. It is too much for a floor nurse to pass meds and treatments and new admissions
