Assemble conveyors using blue prints and fabricated parts. Learned more about reading blue prints and working with stainless steel. Got along with all the owners but the shop manager and his shop supervisor were not so easy to get along with. Was threatened with my job because I wore bib-overalls instead of a company uniform which was never a requirement when I hired on. I felt that I was singled out because I asked questions about company policies. I worked with some good guys who felt like me but were to scared to say anything for fear of losing their jobs such as I did when they  had a layoff and I was one of their most dependable employees. Besides the 12+ hours a day 6 days a week the stress that was put on me the last 3 years there because of my inability to except the shop supervisors constant threaten actions towards me was the hardest part of the job. The most enjoyable was some of the guys and the rewards of building jobs under the hours allocated to me. I remember one job I saved them 342 hours on it. I was also a welding instructor for the company.

The job was enjoyable and productive until a management change occurred. The new managers agenda was very counter productive. He fired all of the people who didn't agree with his methods...all of the employees who had any experience at all. His goal was to replace everyone with new "yes sir" people. It was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend anyone to take a position with this company.

Worst place I ever worked. Poor management. The pay is good other than that there’s nothing good about this company. Management only hires friends and family all of whom have no business working in a professional manufacturing setting. If your not part of that group good luck they’ll make up reasons to get rid of you if you get on their bad side.

clock in  safety meetings go over notes. sit and weld shaker tables.very fast paced work alot of overtime. they pay was the best part the 50 to 80 hrs a week not so much.

Would recommend working here, good environment, safe, lots of exotic metals. Polishing a fitting skills are a plus. Management has communication problems at times.

great place to work for. Good management. great employees. Everyone is working towards the same goal. Hardest part is learning all the different equipment.
