If I could give this place a zero I would. The most unprofessional establishment I have  ever known. 
$0.05 dont think this is  a raise, As an employee you deserve better than five cents after a year. They can not pay their own bills let alone give the HARD WORKING STAFF A RAISE.
You, should cancel it. It not worth your time to go. they will make you believe your great and that they want to give you over time but in reality they force you to work dang near double shifts (very unsafe for patients) and than turn around and take you off the schedule the following week so you aren't getting over time pay. 
but hired for the 3rd floor. they will hire you fast for one thing but you will NEVER get to actually get to work in that position or floor.
even getting a lunch break because management doesn't care! As long as you do THEIR job they could care less if your going with out.


This is a challenging place to work because everything is outdated. The systems they have in place are inefficient and leadership doesn't change it even when they know its problematic. This negatively impacts your daily tasks as well as patient care. Management does not listen to employees when problems are discussed. This leads to high turn over since employees don't feel listened to and supported. There is also a lack of appreciation for the hard work that employees do.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Feels like a family. It’s good to work there. No place is perfect but overall my experience has been great.

Some of their machines are always down. Needs constant maintenance and an be frustrating and make work slower.

Very cool and easy place to work.

Can be hectic at times but very rewarding.

The people and the support. There are some great people who work here

Dealing with difficult families and discharge planning , depend on the insurance

I was given plenty of opportunities to learn, improve, and grow at Carrollton Regional Medical Center. The workplace is very patient oriented which often becomes the hardest part of the job due to the nature of the patient being at a hospital. The coworkers here are the most enjoyable part of the job. 

The employees at CRMC are those who turn into family. We are a close knit organization and always have each others best interests at heart. Leadership is working hard at managing the ongoing effects of the pandemic and our clinical staff goes above and beyond to take care of our community. 

I have worked in different ERs and in EMS and this was by far the absolute worst place i’ve ever worked at. The workers are rude and absolutely refuse to help teach because it’s “not their job.” security was zero help, allowing me to get hurt by patients and staff multiple times. it’s clustered and not clean. stock and staffing is always extremely low.

I work in the lab, already know most of the people there since I did my clinicals there. Management is kind but have favoritism and you can tell who they are because they will turn a blind eye when they don't do something right. Aren't appreciative to their hard workers and will work them to the bone. 

Private physician owned hospital. So many great people have left due to the culture here. Just ask local groups what they think of this hospital and you will get unfavorable reviews. As far as the radiology department, the staff is great but management is not.

Great coworkers With amazing teamwork always going that extra mile to help each other.with amazing health benefits ,With  flexible time off And a great work schedule.
