What is the best part of working at the company?
The work can be challenging but the support from everone is amazing.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working with the adt clients limitations and understanding. Meaningful work, but challenging at times.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
A great evinronment  to work for sure.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You schedule your own calendar, which is nice. Option to work from home. Lots of calls and emails, problem solving. Busy days for sure.

Our staff are dedicated to providing services to their individuals. Managers are dedicated to their employees and the mission as a whole is amazing at CVRC. There are many more employees than jobs for promotion. Some entry level jobs allow promotions to different departments. It's a stable place to work and can get stressful. Managers are great except issues at the top changing things for less than the best reason. Sometimes they go back after it is a failed experiment.

Always work to be done to assist individuals served, have gained in my case management skills, managers are supportive, work place is supportive, friendly colleagues and supportive and encouraging, hardest part is seeing clients pass away due to medical conditions, helping children and families access resources

This was a fun place to be. I was an intern for about 16 weeks and had the opportunity to learn a lot about the work that goes in to ensuring individual with disabilities get the services they need. There is a lot of paperwork, and a lot of information to keep straight. Over all I feel this organization is beneficial to the community, clients, and employees.

Ping pong tables were actually available during lunch and break hours.  It is a nice atmosphere to work in.  The people are wonderful. Sometimes management needs to speak to the people that actually do the work before they make drastic changes, but other than that, it is totally an awesome place to work.

Great place to work at and management is very helpful. Family environment and great work-life balance. Help is always there when needed and the clients make the job worthwhile

Even though the company is growing, the corporate culture is still one of a cohesive, tight knit family.  Most of the employees there get along well with one another and are helpful and supportive.

Flexible schedule, employer paid health benefits/expensive for families, caseloads are high. Fast paced, typing reports. Employer provided stipends during Covid and was supportive. 

Terrible management, corrupt, manipulative...only will advance to management if you are in with right people...favortism. Consumers come last paperwork is first ...office dress code is not professional at all...

Friendly office environment. Telecommute option is great. Flexible schedule is nice especially if you have a family. You’ll definitely need to be able to multitask and be organized.
