The position I was in was not clearly defined. They did not have any real training for me. They expect you to know things that take actual time on the job because they are not basic knowledge things even if you have been in  the industry. Don't dare speak up about mistreatment or unfair process to the human recourses team. They will immediately go to the "team" you work for and let them know you have grievances. Be ready to hear about transparency and being integrity driven but for the partners to act like spoiled and entitled children. The co workers are however really nice. They try to support one another even if leadership leaves something to be desired.    

The company provides a supportive environment with plenty of opportunities for learning and growth. Leadership is approachable and genuinely invested in employee development, offering mentorship and regular feedback to help you succeed.

The collaborative culture stands out, as team members are always willing to share knowledge and work together to achieve goals.

No real opportunity. ‘Management’ is a team of unqualified people who only obtained their positions because they were there since the companies infancy. Very poor environment, no direction, chaotic, and no impetus to do any better. Constant uphill struggle and nothing to be learned - only regretted. 

My day is easy to maintain, growth is encouraged, work-life balance is great, and I am incredibly happy with management and the environment of the office.
