Pros: The school has potential based on its location, but that potential is being wasted.
Cons: I joined as a Director to help turn this school around, but I quickly realized management is solely focused on enrollment numbers and revenue rather than educational quality or staff well-being. There is a complete lack of transparency regarding the school's actual condition during the hiring process.
Expectations are unrealistic and are not matched with the necessary resources. Furthermore, personnel issues are not handled by upper management. I dealt with a direct report who was unqualified and openly insubordinate; despite providing documentation and requesting a transfer or intervention, management took no action. There is no sense of camaraderie or professional ethics here. It is an environment where you are set up to fail, and the burden of a broken system is placed entirely on the Director’s shoulders.
Advice to Management: Invest in your leadership. Revenue will follow quality, but you cannot have quality without supporting your Directors and holding toxic staff members accountable.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Finally getting to have a lunch break and nap time because all you have to do is clean and sanitize the class and lesson plan. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The constant class changes. As in moving children from one class to another and at times moving teachers from class to class. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There is not very good communication between administrators and teachers. The children and their families are very nice. There are a variety of different ethnic backgrounds among the families and staff.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Due to the uncertainty of company finances, unexpected layoffs and termination were a common practice. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The climate is quite hostile, characterized by frequent leadership changes and toxicity among upper management. Unrealistic expectations are placed on new staff without providing the necessary support to meet company goals.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A day of no support from the other district managers or regional directors . A day of high stress and delayed support if the centers are in constant Licensing violations

I worked at this daycare #339 & honestly the job itself wasn’t bad at all. I enjoyed being with the kids and doing my daily routine in the classroom. That part came naturally and was the best part of being there, but management was a big issue for me. They were unorganized & not supportive when it actually mattered. One of my biggest problems was not receiving any maternity leave pay, which really put me in a tough spot. Also, there were way too many times where I had more kids than I was supposed too, which is not fair to the teachers or the children.

One thing I will give them credit for is payroll.. they use ADP, which made getting paid on time & keeping track of everything easy and reliable. That’s definitely important 
But, if you just focus on the classroom side, it’s a decent job. But management and staffing issues really took away from my experience.

At first I thought this was a great school that cares a lot about the kids in it, but after a few months of working there oh my goodness! I absolutely HATED going to work. The management sucked, the policies were a mess, and the way the teachers were treated was ridiculous. I thought that all child development schools couldn’t possibly be like this one, just look it up on tiktok and you’ll see. 

Hardest part of the job is childcare Network is cheap and does not value employees at all. Management and corporate does not respect or value anyone. I do not recommend working here. Big corporation with too many corporate departments and yet the company is still very unorganized and non communicative.

The school is a friendly environment that allows its employees to be themselves.  The teachers are professional and knowledgeable in their field.  Very good caring teachers.  The families and children are friendly and ready to learn.

The work environment was great, my coworkers were amazing and intelligent people, and my job was fun. The management was amazing. The employers treated their employees respectfully.

The administration does not care about their employees, there’s a huge turnover rate and many daycare employees often will be out of ratio. They are often out of supplies needed.

Love the children and the environment.  My admin team was great to me.  Love the connection I got to make with families in the center. Grateful for my experience.
