It is a good start to learn about health and life insurance benefits, how the enrollment process works and also gain valuable skills working remotely.
They do pay on time and if there is a delay due to any glitch they will notify you after the fact but you will get paid.
Always keep up with your hours each day/week.  Be sure to learn how to access your personal account settings in ADP and make sure it shows the correct hourly rates. If not contact your team lead. You are not paid for holidays unless you take personal time from your earned hours. If you use up your personal time you will get the holiday off with no pay.
This place has SUPER TECHNICAL ISSUES! Their computer system is Godzilla AWFUL!!! 
Get prayed up each day or do your yoga meditation because this place will stress you out. The computer crashes every minute. One minute you are on a call with a client and they will either get disconnected or you are kicked out of their Citrix system. Sometimes you can be on a call helping a "teammate" and another call just interrupts and the last call is lost and the new call is there saying hello hello. You are expected to keep your composer and help the new caller like nothing happened. 
The worst part is the company and team leads and managers act like they are unaware of the computer issues. They want to blame you for it and not pay you if your system is down more than 60 minutes. There are days the system will be down over an hour and you are expected to call IT which can be a long wait time.  You will have a collection of IT tickets because you have to get one everytime the system goes down. Which is more than 3x daily.
The team managers I've had are extremely clueless. They are as knowledgeable and helpful as a bag of rocks. They are also tactless. They do not know how to give constructive criticisms or helpful guidance. 
THE TRAINING CLASS: is easy if you just show up each day and participate. Dont stress if you dont pass any of the accessment tests. They let you take it again. If you are one of the unfortunate ones your computer issues will start from the training class and you will miss 80% of the training from getting kicked out of the system constantly and not being able to access MS Teams. Dont stress, if you show up and participate you will complete the training. Just be aware that the computers system is a negative zero and the company knows it but acts like its your fault.


Work-life balance
If you are facing any immediate personal setbacks, and you happen to express it in a pleasant way or slightly unpleasant way, even with your professional background and performance and all that you may have to offer to the company regardless of short comings or asking for help....they will let you go if you are not able to come to work even in a real unforeseen crisis and with written proof, their so called guidelines and rules trumps everything else and in my opinion it is unfair business and lack of integrity and lack of consideration of you, your life, and your contributions.

Pay & benefits
The work and the income is suitable enough but not worth the time and energy invested in my opinion, values are not in the right place if the person is disposable once they have one problem, and bot worth the investment or returned the time and energy they dedicated, and then loose the one thing that could have helped their situation.

Job security and advancement
I didnt get a chance to experience the entire process of training or see any opportunities for growth I only heard stories and saw leaders who I feel shouldn't have been leaders in the first place consider how they treated me, and rumors from others, along with the energy and attitude of certain ones was very uninviting!

Management
I have no clue besides stories told of the owner and the expansion he and she made when they took over that location, and they did offer lots of people opportunities that they probably never had before in that area of work.

Culture
Uncertain about the security and purity of the culture being what they say it is...it seemed welcoming family oriented and full of opportunities at first, but my experience quickly changed and my perception did as well.

Overall
I believe there is some growth there now and that it is a beautiful environment with some great people there but I also can see where leaders approach to thise under them could be a bit undermining and inconsiderate of the lower level people coming in trying to fit and and advance.

If you’re looking to not be paid for holidays and training that is unorganized and makes no sense. Along with false information and fear of losing your job. This is the place to be. 

Chime does NOT offer any Paid Holidays, if you should want to be paid for the holiday they are closed on, you must use it from the PTO you have accumulated. Now, if you don’t have any PTO, you’re just not going to be paid for that holiday. Their HR is all over the place, they can only be reach through email. The clients/projects they are contracted with are questionable. 

The medical benefits they offer to their employees, have few to no providers within network. They’ll terminate your insurance, yet still deduct from your paycheck for it, even if you didn’t enroll for the next open enrollment. 

You can move up/advance within the company, but your pay won’t move up much and you’re required to do 10 times more work (for maybe $1 bump in pay for your new title). The trainers and managers really do get underpaid for what they have to deal with.

The one question you ask may receive several different answers that aren’t even close to each other. Meaning you can get a yes from one source and a hard no from another. So you better have a voice recorder to show proof of what was said to you. Recommend highly to have a paper trail, but be aware they have access to your work email and can manipulate the situation, so it comes advised to use your personal email if it’s something important you’re needing a response for, and maintain that paper trail.  



I worked for this company for almost two months, we were training to be Customer Service Agents for Chime Solutions. The training for the job was difficult due to the trainers being in India and there was no one in the class who could answer questions about the training. The training pace was fast (rushed) and there were issues with the internet also. The area we live in have outdated, 3/4g towers for high speed internet. This company did not disclose that you would be on a webcam for part of the training. Several of our co-workers were actually fired for not completing some of the training modules, they could not complete the modules due to tech issues. At the beginning of training you started out with two monitors, but you only had one monitor later in the training process. Some people were working at home for a few days and were called back. 
There were several people in the class who encountered payroll issues. 
Many people did not feel supported by some of the visiting staff. 
Team leaders were not paid enough for the level of responsibility that they were given. They were not given enough support by management. 
The hardest part of this job was the tech issues and the inadequate training. Managers addressing adults like children was an issue too. This company has a strict dress code for workers. These jobs would have been a great addition to our area workforce if these issues could have been addressed and solved. 

Chime Solution has to be the most poorly ran, incompetent, illegitimate company ever. It’s a dead end job that doesn’t offer space for growth and achievement. It’s a family and friend’s incorporated company, so therefore, if your not apart of the “family” or suck up to the right manager the chances for you to grow is slim to none.
They’re policies and procedures are inconsistent, and they varies weekly. The company doesn’t invest in their workers to make their job easier. They complain about the quality of work, but doesn’t offer assistance or resolutions to the issues. They want to impress clientele when they visit, but doesn’t want to provide their workers with the adequate tools and equipment needed to do their job successfully. The managers are childish, immature and unprofessional. It’s a very catty, high school, drama-filled working environment.  Yes, you get paid weekly and the company pays you $14 a hr, but if you use your OWN PTO they drop you down to $10.55. If your late from a lunch or break, they drop your pay. So, yes you make $14 but they have such strict rules with timing and attendance it works in their favor to drop the base pay to $10.55 . There’s no bonuses, no raises, no salary increases. The company feels $14 is good enough for everyone to be making which is absurd.  They’re strict on dress code, but that only applies to certain employees as favoritism and biased decisions  are a familiarity at this company.  This job is only job for TEMPORARY purposes. If you seeking long-term employment with longevity, growth & benefits this company isn’t definitely not for you.

I recently resigned from chime solutions. First and foremost I will say my trainer Veronica was awesome!!!! I first applied for Chime I was more interested In management since I had so many years of call center management experience. I was also a corporate trainer. We had excessive system issues, which did slow down training. One trainer was more interested in staying in a schedule and not as much the class learning. It was very obvious because she mentioned it often. I was in the training but I also did a lot of observation. There are definitely areas of opportunity in the training department. Training itself is boring and we all know that. You have to break the ice every now and then to get the knowledge flowing, get us to think and ready to interact. I don’t think chime is a bad company, just don’t have some of the right people in the right place. Just because you are an excellent worker definitely doesn’t make you a good manager, that’s number one. Number two is managers need to know more about what their reps do instead of just being a watch person. During my training I was called to interview for the management position. I advised I was working with chime already and was scheduled for an interview. I was scheduled three times and each time they were a no show. I couldn’t believe it! I was appalled. Needless to say I accepted an offer with another company that did show up for the interview.

● Work-life balance
the company does give you set hours and yes you are off on weekends but please don't let that fool you. If you have kids that get sick or have activities like therapy they do not care they want you working.

● Pay & benefits
If you miss a day you get base rate. So you lose the incentive rate at 14-16 an hr. So they give you your base rate then add an additional approximately 130 to your check so technically you are not making the actual 14-16 an hr if your base is 11 and your incentive is 14 they times it by 3 dollars an hr hour for the hours you work

● Job security and advancement
they throw you into training with minimal notice and they pile on more clients and no pay increase

● Management
the ceo is a great guy him and his brother but when it comes to telling him the truth about his managers who care about turning up for the weekends they do not listen to their employees ever. But that Christmas party is the ultimate turn up

● Overall
it's a great start up job but it's not a job to retire from. If we can actually speak freely instead of feeling trapped then maybe it would be better. Depending on the Manger you have it could be a great company. There's some of us who excellent CSR but because of bad apples we don't get the recognition that we deserve nor do we get bonuses. As a CSR of this company if i was not marketing for my business venture i would leave and never look back. 👿😡

Chime Solutions is a third party consultant for several different employers.  Chime is a company good for people who are not looking for a long term career. There are “ongoing positions,” if you chose to stay with the company after the seasonal position. These “ongoing positions” are not permanent positions, just positions that will be available until the client (different employers one will be taking calls for, such as Fedex or Home Depot) does not want the employee anymore or removes the contract with Chime Solutions. There are NO part time positions here. Currently, Chime pays weekly. The base pay is 10.55 an hour, however, they do give an incentive of 14 an hour if one works their “scheduled 40 hours.”  This means, for example, if one is scheduled to work from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and does not clock into work until 8:01 AM on any day of that week, you will not receive the incentive pay of 14. Your weeks pay will be 10.55. This means, if one comes in a minute late on Friday but came in on time to work from Mon-Thurs, pay will be docked roughly 150 dollars. One must pull up a computer everyday to clock into work, which can take about 7-10 minutes, if the servers work. Otherwise, it will take longer. Sometimes, there will be times where one can not clock in at all.  Those are just some of the rules and regulations within Chime Solutions. There are several others.

Very unorganized business. The resources that are provided are outdated and when in need of assistance with a call, your pretty much on your own. Communication as a whole is unprofessional and missing within the company. Managers are not on the same accord and will give out different information. They claim to have an open door policy but it is very hard to get in contact with management in regards to questions or concerns. The systems being used are often messed up which effects the production of work. I wouldn't recommend this job at all. It is very unprofessional and unorganized. The security at the job is poor. Cars have been broken into while being at work and the security officers are not dependable when working a late shift. Not an organization to make a career with. The owner agreed to the unprofessionalism within the organization but has yet (3 months later) to see a change. A lot of favoritism is shown within the organization. During working hours many CSR's are doing other things and not available to take calls. Managers will be around and not say anything or acknowledge those actually doing their job.

I've worked here for over a year. The managers dont care and show favoritism, therfore if you are not in the "circle" you can forget about moving up and advancing. They dont care about anything that might be taking place i.e the COVID pandemic, and blame you for managers mistakes. They constantly make mistakes by not paying you on time and basically black list you in the company. On my second project here they put us on the prosuction floor without all hour tools. Alao the pay thing here is stupid. You get a base pay usuall like 11 or 12 an hour and only get your incentive which is 4 dollars but you have to work 40 hours but only scheduled 36.5 hours weekly. They constantly look over the employees that actually come to work to do there job. But praise the ones who come to school and treat it like a highschool. And the communication between management and employees is not existant. Everything is communicated via your work email . They will require you to take MAndatory time off a day before tour scheduled to take it off  just dont waste your time. This is only good for if you need something right now . Definetly be actively looking for something else.
