My typical day at work would be described as
A fun day, with management of sales figures, team encourage, getting a game plan together for the day, including recruiting new customers to the beauty counter. Replenishing products for our customers via telephone sales, giving 5 star customer service to all visitors. Having a enjoyable day doing either makeup, skincare consultations or facials. Making our customers at dior feel wonderful about the product and also themselves.
I have learnt to listening to the consumer before giving advice, exploring their needs by open ended questions, therefore being able to give them the right products for their needs. Management of my team comes easy to myself, I am a team player, I believe in encouraging my team to the best of my ability. I like to see my team excel and come along side them also to have team meetings where we can share ideas. The hardest part of my job is down time when there is no traffic, however, that is when I need to communicate with customers via the telephone, or perhaps via mail, inviting them back to the store for a special service. The most enjoyable part of my day is when we reach our sales goal, and know that we have given all our customers our full attention, and the best service possible as Dior is a luxury brand and therefore there needs to be a luxury service.

Responsible for 2.5 million dollars in current territory, encompassing 45 doors in a 5 State area.  Responsible for the overall development of the Dior brands to retail accounts within the assigned territory.  Manage business plan including product launches, promotional activities, space and location, merchandizing, staffing and training.  Responsible for recruitment, hiring and motivating beauty stylist to achieve sales goals, and recruiting, hiring, scheduling and managing of freelance artists to assist counters to make goals while maintaining proper budget management.  Work with store personnel on proper planning and execution of launches, promotions and special events.  Enforce the company’s brand image at all times following the guidelines.  Negotiate with store personnel to improve space and locations for seasonal events and Art of Gifting areas and national Artistry events.  Manage inventory stock level at each retail location.  Develop the clientele system within each retailers program.  Coordinate with educational team for training seminars for further development of the stylists.  Maintain T/E expense annual budget

I worked at one of their retail stores located at Valley Fair mall as a temporary support specialist (through an agency “Forth floor”) for about a month. 
Employees are super nice and supportive except managers.
Due to my moving out situation, I needed to change my schedule a few times WHICH every single time I made sure to mention that it’s not necessary and if they need me at the same exact time I’ve been already scheduled, no change is needed. 
They always had a very understanding attitude towards these changes and caused me to trust they have a flexible schedule. BUT don’t get fooled by their nice attitude.. because without any warnings, heads-up, or ONE single word in advance, they stopped my assignment early and did not give the opportunity to fix the issue or even enough time to find another job, especially since they knew I’m in process of moving out and I may need this job/a job for financial issues. 

I worked for them in the most honest way and I genuinely did my best to help, so their fake nice attitude and very poor communication hurt me so much. 

By far my worst work experience, This is an unstructured company with unqualified leaders unethically running multi million dollar stores, The Miami location in specific. Good leaders can change the narrative on the culture and the environment of a workplace , However this is not the case for the Miami D District location.  Leaders lack professionalism, leadership and communication which causes chaos on a daily basis . There is no profesional growth what so ever unless you give to the poor culture and unethical behavior that the director has created for the boutique. The company as a whole including HR amongst other departments are aware of the behavior and culture and they choose not to take action or provide accountability , A company that doesn’t strive to be better and to maintain a healthy environment for ALL employees to be part of is a company you do not want to be part of, Would not recommend to my worst enemy from my experience.

Dior is not only one of the most famous fashion brand it is one of the most demanding. 

Typical day work: 9 a.m to 8 p.m

From my experience I learned how to master the information, to be proactive and reactive, flexible, diplomatic and to demonstrate professionalism.

Management: it depends on which department you are working at the artistic department is rather hierarchical.

Co-workers: as long as I showed envy and I took initiatives, the atmosphere was very nice.

The hardest part of the job: be able to manage work peaks as in the fashion field the job can be variable.

The most enjoyable part of the job: as a powerful fashion brand, Dior, has the ability to give life to many creative and artistic projects and it is always very enjoyable to see the performance of work.

Working at Dior was a valuable experience overall. The brand image, service standards, and team environment were very professional and inspiring. I had the opportunity to develop strong luxury sales and customer service skills while working with high-end clients. The workplace culture was generally positive, and I learned a lot from daily operations and customer interactions.

However, career growth and promotion opportunities were relatively slow due to frequent management changes. There was also a lack of a clear action plan or structured development path for employees who wanted to grow within the company. More consistent leadership and transparent career planning would help employees feel more motivated and supported in their long term career development.

I like to make plans on to what to wear & what specific clients I will go visit within my territory way far in advance; this has helped me in the past to be more productive. 

I have learned that building up relationships with the clients is the secret to success. I always work on having great relationships with clients & coworkers. 

I really enjoy team work and being able to have a new challenge everyday at work. I also know how to manage my own time by being very punctual and thinking of earlier times for my appointments to avoid ever being late. 

The most enjoyable part of my job is getting to know new people and specially being able to help them.

I really enjoy doing make overs for the clients and making them look and feel better.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Great hours!  Love the product!   Excellent product, so easy to sell and help counter. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not stressful...just help one customer at at time.  Patients, and care for needs of each person.  Return clientel is the goal. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Wonderful. Representing a Contour line is an honor, as well as an opportunity to promote product, while providing excellent service by knowledge of each product, greeting each person with a friendly smile.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Hopefully busy with customers, and opportunity to demonstrate the product with confidence and experience.

Has taken brands such as Juicy Couture and increased sales by 133.5% month to year date . (Is able to provide the Sephora monthly fragrance Brand Comp Report )

Able to pick a brand and single handedly place it on the top three .

Was in charge of conducting the Fragrance training for the entire district of Sephora as well as put together the training guide used by the district.

Was invited to speak on numbers at a Sephora district managers meeting.

Awarded for over five years service to Sephora USA , Inc

Partnered with the selling staff and Manager to ensure the upkeep of the boutique was prestein..  Followed up with staff to ensure no outstanding clients requested..  Any repair services were contacted and in perfect condition apon arrival, administer client call listings for associates to follow up... The manager above me at the time was amazing, the buying team were very responsive and supported your market needs. 
The hardest part was keeping the clients interested in the highend ready to wear..  As the leather goods were the markets most valuable request.  The team of associates and beautiful fine jewelery were extremely enjoyable to work with on a daily bases..
