During my time here as a creative professional, I experienced a highly stressful work environment due to a lack of realistic project planning, clear creative direction, and adequate resources. There was a zero-marketing-budget approach where management expected high-quality visual results without providing proper tools. Instead of hiring professional photographers or models, the graphic designer was expected to handle everything independently, often using non-professional internal staff for product and lifestyle shoots. Additionally, deadlines were constantly shifting with regular expectations for major assets to be fully completed and deployed on the 'same day.' Rushing the workflow this way made it incredibly difficult to maintain quality, yet the resulting work was still heavily criticized. The culture also allowed unrelated departments, such as the Sales and Human Resources departments, to judge and vote on a designer's professional artwork. For any designer looking to build a stable portfolio and protect their workplace well-being, I personally found this environment very challenging.

Starting with 3 cameras on average staring at each and every employee, on every wall and every corner, and ending with warnings for being 3 minutes late, this place felt more like a prison. In my opinion the nepotism and micromanagement is rampant. Just imagine your desk being at amazon fresh with the amount of cameras watching your every move, your break time, your phone time etc. And there’s not enough parking, ever, so get ready to be blocked in and never leaving for lunch. The production personnel is temps and they change every couple of months, so they don’t have to pay them benefits or unemployment. But that also means they're poorly trained in my opinion. The most enjoyable part of the job is the colleagues and 5pm.

This company is very weird from interview to the whole working time. Both the management and culture, the managers are acting differently with their talking, they will trying to suppress you by every bit they can and want you feel to be worthless. Very stressful working culture althought they only have 1 item are selling. They spend too much time on meaningless talking and pretend to be busy. And the boss seems doesn't care about it at all. Overall not an ideal place to work, old culture rules the company and they don't want you grow but working harder and harder like labor. Don't get lured by high salary pay like i do, you will not get it anyway.

I feel fulfilled and trusted in this company. The owner is very nice and supportive, he never micro-managed me after we walk thorugh the "introductory" period. All the teams here are friendly, and the work environment is casual and friendly and cooperative overall. Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven style, people thrive to achieve their goals and support each other. I've grown my skillsets quite a bit over the last couple of years here, and I'm definitely looking forward to a longer relationship and further career growth here.

The company has cameras every where, feels like you are constantly being watch. On the first day of the job, I was given six assignments with un-realistic goals. The company does not believe in training the employees. The so call laboratory was super small and connects to the manufacturing site without proper ventilation. The QA manager is constantly micromanaging and does not listen to new ideas. There is no lab equipment besides a pH meter and viscometer. In addition the production personnel does not wear any proper PPE during the manufacturing process. There is absolutely no structure in the company.

This company will try to put you down in the interview process so you’ll be ecstatic when they give you a job offer. Don’t give them a range, because they’ll go with your lower number and wont budge. They guilt you into doing OT because the “boss is really stressed”. There is no moving up in this place. If you value career growth, this company is not it. Also, I got chewed out my first month there for 3 hours after workday for something that wasn’t even my problem. 

A typical day at work begins at 8am and ends at 5pm, you get one hour lunches, fairly nice break room benefits are okay no dental offered, there is room for advancement but you must be willing to work very hard for it. They do run a tight ship so there is no room for slacking off.

The good thing about this company is that it is growing company therefore as long as you are doing your job well the job is pretty much secure.     The staff are really friendly and pleasant to work with.  

All supervisors and upper managers are very confused . They have allowed BMR to deviated from several times and many standards are not upheld . They are more worried about task that have nothing to do with upholding a S.O.P . Many more things I could say .
