Typical day at work involves:
Screening and recruiting human subjects based on eligibility criteria for study participation, ensuring high data quality assurance and quality control, making regulatory submissions to the IRB, reviewing and developing ICFs for specific study protocols, and assisting site monitors in accordance with Good clinical practice (GCP) guidelines. Other responsibilities include updating CRFs in accordance to project standards of operations (SOPs), and serving as point-of-contact for Clinical Research Professionals.

Few nice people but the company is out to try to make money only. Overall not following GCP guidelines.  Company hasn't given pay raises.  There are no benefits but they will tell you they are coming when they hire you but they never come. Overall HORRIBLE  management. Completely out of  space- crammed in like sardines. The nepotism is unreal. One Coordinator is the daughter of one of owners & rules don't apply to her; therefore all her work falls onto everyone else. Very disorganized.

Everyone works as a team and we all get along.  Management is fair and they are great to their employees.  Flexible scheduling when it comes to appointments or time off to take care personal affairs. 
They weeded out the negative employees that used to work here which has really made a positive impact for everyone else. Wonderful place to work and would recommend to anyone.

The work is very challenging at times but coworkers are all always Willing to help. Management is great and very helpful. The owners are very nice and understanding. The work is fast pace and changes with every study so it’s challenging but very rewarding overall. Great place to work overall. 

Never met a more unprofessional group of owners and management.  Once daughter of an owner was brought on full time the dynamic of the company did a 360. Huge turn over since company started. Thought i was working for a true leader, but found out the boss was bad mouthing all employees except her daughter.

High quality clinical research organization with excellent support staff. Fast-paced and exciting environment. Consistent growth based on excellent  reputation and ability to fill studies quickly. Very comfortable and non-corporate environment.

Great place to work if you are interested in medical research. Potential for growth, bonuses, occasional free lunches & no weekends/holidays. Co-workers genuinely care about quality of work.
