I work in one of the most challenging areas of this facility, both physically and intellectually demanding. I work in this area by choice. My team is kind, caring, supportive, hardworking, and extremely bright. It’s a privilege to work with them, my managing pharmacists, other teammates, HR, and administrators. This is a positive, family-oriented environment, and it’s a CHOICE to make an uplifting, positive contribution in the highest best interest of the team and the facility.  The highly admired CEO of this facility is the best. Be the change you wish to see in the world.  

Management will hire you with no experience, won’t train you, and terminate you within your probation period if you’re underperforming. You will be thrown in on the job and expected to already know what you’re doing. Coworkers are rude and they won’t bother to train you. Work is very repetitive and working conditions are not pleasant. You’re constantly on your feet pulling blister packs, scanning each one, and running them through. It’s a warehouse so they are constantly monitoring for productivity and if you’re not fast enough in your work they will terminate you. You make one mistake and you’re out.

The work at CSP was mostly easy… once you knew how to run the machines. There’s little to no training, you get yelled at if you’re not moving fast enough and the whole culture of “if you’re sick you still need to come in to work” is insane.  at this place, if you get sick or miss work within the first 90days, you get canned. The turnover rate is higher than at McDonald’s. They will get rid of anyone within the probationary period for any reason so don’t expect longevity. There’s no write of process, or warning system.  Once they decide you’re gone, that’s it. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
It’s a family feeling job! The owners are very friendly and down to earth. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I haven’t found anything stressful about working there. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very friendly!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You walk in and everyone greets you. Then you go to your area and begin your job. Even the bosses come help on the floor.

Very cliquish. If management likes you then you’ll go places but if not then you’re stuck where you are. Lack of training and you have to be able to learn on your own but when you do something wrong, everyone gets upset. Staffing is an issue and it’s hard to meet deadlines. Accountability is non existent because of the tangled friendships between management and their teams. 

They are a fire at will company and they will do so in a heartbeat but not before they let you work an entire day (can't let the numbers drop). They claim to want to push employee’s to stay for long extended periods of time but they barely keep anyone new past 90 days, I haven't seen such a bad turnover rate since McDonald’s.

Mind-numbing work that could be done by any person regardless of pharmacy experience. Your work day will consist of standing in one place and putting pills in a pack. Additionally, you never get off on time and are always expected to stay late. They’re very strict on breaks times and it’s a loud environment. 

The management is awful they will fire you for no reason at all. They do not appreciate their employees and the hard work they do and the pay is awful. Don’t do it
