I was there since the very first year and we won the award for being the BEST DIRECTV DEALER in the ENTIRE NATION.  The amazing thing is, we kept winning those back to back, year after year and now we won it 5 years in a row, beating out every other dealer in the nation.

Why is this?  What are we doing that others are not?  What is the DIFFERENCE that makes the difference?

I can attest from what I have seen is how much the company truly invests in their people, from the inspirational meetings and training workshops that are done through out the week - every week, to the training videos they create to reference back too, and especially from the excellent tentative leaders who help nurture the growth of every agent, the difference here is large amounts of concentration on investing in their people by both providing them a plethora of tools and motivation to get each agent to success and keep them going.

A typical day of work at CMC is filled with having fun and connecting with business owners. I’ve learned to mastered sales and still currently learning how to improve my mindset and work ethic daily. YOU are your own boss in this job. No one can tell you what to do, but can only advise and teach you. The culture here at CMC is very motivating. You’re around like-minded individuals who are on the same boat to success. The hardest part of this job is definitely the team building aspect. Self-improvement and leadership are two things that are a little difficult to master in this business. The most enjoyable part of this job is every aspect. Learning how to lead, how to close deals, and how to be an overall like-able person. Thanks CMC for everything and I hope to achieve greater success with the company in the future!

I have been working with CMC for 4 years now and it has been the most amazing work experience. I have seen growth in my professional life and this company offers lots of flexibility in hours that allows work life balance. I truly recommend joining their team if you want to excel in life on a personal level and also professional. The work environment is fun, rewarding and you get to enhance your skills set. I've been working with CMC for almost a year now and it's been wonderful. I couldn't ask for more regarding the people I am working with and the job itself. Working with CMC at first was daunting since I really don't know anyone to begin with, but as I began my first day, everyone felt warm and so welcoming. At Cornerstone Marketing Concepts, every day is about growth, teamwork, and impact. The culture is fast-paced, supportive, and focused on helping people become leaders. I’ve learned how to communicate better, manage teams, and lead with purpose. 

Good place to get experience in sales. You'll have daily training and days to meet your team. The payout is great, but it's all commission. The product you're selling is ok, and honestly it's learning how to maximize on each sell.

I’m able to create my own schedule. Have full control over my promotions since they are all depends on number of sales which is fully attainable. Training at all levels are elite. Meetings in person & via zoom. Passive income & residual income opportunities. Hardest part of the day is dealing with the weather. 

Honestly I’m able to buy my mom a house because of working with CMC
