What is the best part of working at the company?
They help you fine clients that you can work with. I am very happy with the one client I have right now.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I have been placed with clients that are looking for free housekeeping. I am a companion I will do light work and laundry, but I am not getting on my knees, scrubbing anybody’s floors.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very nice and flexible. They are very good at finding you a position and I’m never late in paying you.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I have a very reasonable client and if they are having any problems with the way we’ve checked in they will call you and let you know and make sure you get her time sheet out on time

The client is the best part working for this company.  You start to build a relationship and grow to care for this person. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I've been employed with this company for one year.  There's a revolving doors with the ladies that handle your total hours.  There are continuous mistakes made on my paycheck. Not happy with this agency at all!

I don't know.  All I know is that every other month you deal with a new employee.

I work with the client.  I'm not at the company.

I rated this this way bc they aren’t solely responsible. It’s an insurance company that ppl with disabilities use. They have some glitches in the system. I had to wait 3-4 weeks  before they paid me for my time. They only issued me 20hrs of work a week in the beginning. But they did make it up to me and eventually they got it right with the pay. They have acquired sick time and paid time off  it’s not just given at the start. This is the company aspect. But really ur boss is whoever is the person ur working with. They have the say. They speak to the company abt u and how u work. Depending on the person that’s how u end up getting treated.

You set your own schedule to fit you and your clients needs

Not many clients with more than 7-12 hours 
So you must work at multiple clients houses

Work environment varies due to the fact that it is home care agency

Work at one or 2 clients daily for 3-4 hours

The best part of working at the company is getting to know new people and also helping out my elders getting to know what they love to do on they spree time.

So confusing.  Couldn't understand texts messages. People there aren't trained

Very poor communication.  Their not trained enough to handle anything

Never was there.  Only over your phone.

Help clients in their homes. Talking shopping and just sitting

different people different work alot are grouchy but  take the bad with the good
 some aids tell medical problems bout clients which i believe is private and shouldn't be  spread around 
  the office workers at towers yell harass the care givers cleaners they dont care if a bunch of around or not.

Communicating with the elders, and helping them

Only getting paid 10 an hour and getting yelled at every other day for not clocking in on my phone

I had only 1 day off working less then 8 hrs a day and it's very stressful
