Checking emails, voicemails. Responding to the most urgent issue at hand. Receiving request for technical dispatches,mapping & completing all aspects to schedule dispatch, follow ups to technicians & clients confirming dispatches. I have learned a great deal about Communications working at CTS, strengthened ability to work independently and as team. Management & co-workers - more of a family, pleasant environment, Management very accommodating, helpful, no issue going to for any- if any problems. I loved learning something new everyday, the only thing I can say I found hard was at the begining learning all the codes & "communication lingo" then became like a 2nd language to me! The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to work independently and being able to "do what I needed to do, to get the job done"!

Shortage of work in region. Techs complete meaningless tasks to justify time. Managers are uptight, high strung, and will nit-pick over the smallest of smallest details, very annoying!!  Managers require unnecessary information in regards to daily activities, which will require you to be on the clock during the evenings, then you will be questioned about the hours. Hardest part of the job is finding meaningful work. Job is very different from what they tell you on the phone!  Company vehicles are old, dirty inside, and have high mileage!  Also, very uncomfortable for long distance driving.  Company lacks organization and training. Decent benefits.  Company still a bit old school in many ways. Overall, it's a job.  Most likely after a week or two on the job, you will be back online searching for a better opportunity.

There were times when workplace professionalism and standards were not consistently upheld at the supervisory level.
While the workload itself is manageable, the lack of clearly defined expectations can create unnecessary complexity and stress. Additionally, there is a disconnect between management and day-to-day operations, which can make timelines and working conditions difficult to align. The culture is friendly, though somewhat impersonal at the management level.
The most enjoyable part of working at the company was the genuinely passionate employees, who consistently went above and beyond to support one another and keep things running smoothly.

Unfortunately if you decide to work in the Design Center for this company you will run into much nepotism.

Imagine a group of kids who were best friends in high school working in the same place. Its pretty much the same thing.

They claim that they promote within but it definitely was not the case. If you weren't like everyone else, you werent accepted.

I felt very out of place. Communication was broken and people were not transparent about transferrance of work between shifts, so lots of mistakes were common.

Im not trying to blame one person, I'm simply stating that communication really lacked and so did the organization of the office. 

Be prepared if you are an outsider. It can be tough fitting into this crowd.

I enjoyed working for the Company. I got on the job training for the installation of DAS in Hotels, Financial Institutions, and College University stadiums and a real understanding of emerging technology which service carriers like Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint are going to need for an undisclosed amount of time moving forward.

A learned quite a bit about the wireless network world as I expanded my job knowledge into the project coordinator role.
The office environment was a fun yet productive place to spend my time at work.
I loved how every day was something new.

Very fast pace workplace. We have a strict deadline to finish projects. I learned how to handle an assorted amout of power tools. The management is strict but fair. The co workers are great to work with very helpful. Working in the elements. Learning new ways to get the job done in a timely manner

The most unprofessional place I have ever worked at. The HR will not help you. The managers won’t help you. The benefits are too expensive. Most the employees do not care about the job so they sit around and text or talk to the others. Very distracting work environment. Almost like a cult, if they do not like you they will find a way to fire you. I saw it happen over and over while i worked there.

A typical day was a few hours in the office with a site or WHSE visit.  
I learned about Public Safety DAS design, installation, turn up, testing and optimizing a DAS

Completely toxic culture. Poor communication (ironically), too may chiefs not enough indians. Everyone thought they were some kind of boss be it project manager, lead tech, etc etc. You'd have 5 different people telling you to do five different things. A lot of favoritism. Garbage envionment to work in.
