The environment and culture I experienced was toxic and felt like we’re all back in high school 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typical days were usually pretty busy

HR-poor communication, follow up, and response time to calls. Poor wages. Unsure if they follow the KS hospital association wage scale.
Management-poor management. Number crunchers. Not worried about patient numbers or acuity. Do not disclose things to you before hire even though they claim to after you call them out. Advertise working every third weekend and that is a lie

Typical day is prepping meals for patients, guests, employees, and Meals on Wheels. Co-Workers are usually good to work with but there are days where they can get on your nerves, but that usually the case with almost every job. Hardest part is the inconsistent work needed for each day. Some days are easy, and others I feel is impossible to get all the work done in the time allotted.

Excellent staff with attention to the concept of patient quality care.  For a rural facility the equipment and care available is first class.  The access for many patients to obtain the care requiring driving many miles in many instances is top notch.

This facility is a one star facility and has had no less then 11 deficiency on state surveys in the 3 yrs I have been employed with them.  They are poorly staffed with no 3/11 or 11/7 supervision at all. I have seen 9 RNs come and go in one position in 2 yrs.

I worked for the company for right at 10 years and in the last 10 years I was given 2 raises and each time another area of the hospital would get a raise we would be told due to funding we wouldn't so in the 10 years I started making $8.50/hr and am leaving making right at $9.50 an hour.

Nice and good place to work. People are willing to work with other departments for the improvement of the whole team and the hospital as well. We are a closely-knit environment that is very conducive for work.

I enjoyed the work, environment, my co-workers, and the overall experience of working at Community Memorial Healthcare. They worked with my schedule and allowed me to move my schulde around so that I could pick my kids up from school. Wonderful place to work!

Loved working here. Great people to work with. Everyone very helpful. Everyone worked as a team, great environment. I have only good things to say about my experience working here.

underpaid for some reasons,but has traning and lot of oppuniy over time and pick up extra shift,easy to find resoures if you want.Management is good,team culture is good.
