The office is extremely unorganized. I was constantly given overtime and not told it’s been pulled until I showed up to work it. I was micromanaged in every facet my entire shift by the office. Moral is very low. Very cliquish and hostile environment. My voice was never heard and suggestions constantly shot down. Office very unorganized and create an extremely hostile environment. Backstabbing and gossip. Bullying and degrading amongst fellow coworkers. I was constantly walking on pins and needles not knowing who was saying what about me and never allowed to defend myself. Management implements policies that interfere with client care. Clients are wonderful and pretty easy to work with. However, due to poor management, there is constant turnover. There is no apathy if something major happens to you in your personal life. If your vehicle breaks down, you aren’t allowed to get a ride to the ISL but expected to be at your shift. I could go on and on. One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for. Money is tempting but definitely not worth it, unless you enjoy working in a toxic environment. 

Community Options offers residential and supported employment services to individuals with disabilities.  This is a service that is very much needed in our community.
