Excellent place to work, it was a Family owned Dealership in its 58th year of business. A typical day would be to follow up with Customers in the Morning who did not purchase to set appointments. Meet & greet walk in Customers, establish their needs,qualify & test drive on a specific vehicle, negotiate & close deal, process all pertaining paperwork with F & I and deliver Vehicle. This was typically a 2- 3 hour process.Always following up with new Customers & asking for referrals while maintaining CRM Database. Management was always excellent & culture was always very positive. The hardest part of the job was when an 8 hour day turned into 12-15 hours, but always worth it because you were selling & delivering a vehicle.The most enjoyable part of the job was seeing how happy Customers always were when they were about to drive off in their shiny new Vehicle.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management and owners were not truthful or trustworthy. I worked there three times for a total of over 15 years. On my last tour the owner assured me my job was safe (due to the large number of employees being let go) and 2 weeks after I was let go, by his orders. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Friendly, personable and a team atmosphere. I am looking for a desk job with the ability to get up and move about periodically due to my disability.

They have their sales team set, and this dealer isn't that busy especially light foot traffic. I was hired as an "Internet Sales Rep" however I was only given a list of customers whom already were called upon. New sales regardless of experience aren't allowed to answer incoming sales calls and not allowed to get direct internet leads. All gets filtered by their over appreciated BDC Dept. Alot of standing around and downtime, very sleepy store. No room to succeed as a new hire for sales. BDC is probably the way to go if you want to work here. Wouldn't recommend.

companies in northwest Pennsylvania don't want to pay anything.  There were two toxic employees that drew down morale but were immune to any discipline.  The franchise was willing to sell questionable cars as long as the safety inspection could be linked to another shop.  I felt this hurt our image as a GM dealer.

A typical day was fixing cars.I learned that chevy has a lot of different models .Management was great.Workplace was good and you always had help when you needed it.Hardest part was working in an old shop.It need to be updated through out the shop.Enjoyable part was living down the street.

I liked the job. I thought pay was good. The hours weren't too bad. People who worked there had a good attitude. The only problem I had was the manager for my department. She was very passive-aggressive and you would have to hope to get her on a good day.

Great company to work for, very good to there employees. What I enjoyed most was dealing with everyday customers. This company is a very fast paced very busy environment. Learned how to deal with angry customers how to solve problems and how to improve our customer service skills.

Work seven years there and it was the best job and the best income to date. The business is filled with smart managers who work together as a team.  We consistently met our goals.

Upon arrival was put into position of having to manage a major chevrolet recall which was very educational and rewarding. I gained a wealth of knowledge overcoming all obstacles that it presented.

At starting new sales manager position it was hard to get every department to work together, so taking care of customers was very difficult at times plus travel everyday was too far.
