However, this makes the work exciting and keeps me on my toes. I've come to enjoy the challenge of staying informed and up-to-date, as it pushes me to continue learning and improving.

Helping clients find the right health coverage and guiding them through the process is incredibly rewarding. Every day brings something new, and it’s gratifying to know that I’m part of a company that genuinely cares about its clients and employees.

My favorite part about Compass Health Consultants is the family-like atmosphere and how everyone is respected and treated fairly!  Everyone's opinion is heard and matters! I feel valued and appreciated, which isn't always easy to find these days. I also appreciate how there's room for advancement and we are rewarded for our hard work. 

WE WORK HARD & PLAY HARD!!!  The founder rewards us often with fun team events! From group happy hours, pool parties, beach trips, birthday celebrations, to group outings, we love to celebrate as a team! 

For the most part, everyone gets along well, helps each other when needed, and is truly dedicated to growing CHC! I believe this team loves CHC and works very hard to ensure the agents are taken care of, and we are growing in a positive direction. Everyone works hard to find new ideas and plans for growth that will benefit the company and the agents. I've never worked with a group of staff members who are so dedicated and determined to improve the company - it's inspiring and admirable!



This is an all commission opportunity.  The training and support is phenomenal.  You have to give yourself the time that you were giving your employer to  be successful.  It takes consistency and dedication to build a book of business and you will reap what you put into it.   The hardest part is the first year but totally worth it.   Make those calls and have those conversations.  Compass offers quality products and has a solution for everyone, whether group or individual.  The company culture is similar to a big family and one of the best.  One of the most rewarding parts of the career is knowing we are helping clients with quality plans that will protect them and their assets if they are hurt, sick or injured.  The wealth created in this career is worth that much more since we are operating with honesty and integrity. 

Working at Compass has been an incredible experience. The company is experiencing extreme growth in a very short period of time. The founder is an innovative and forward-thinking leader.
One of the standout aspects of working here is the potential for financial success. If you are dedicated, consistent, and hard-working, the earning opportunities are substantial. It’s the kind of place where initiative and persistence pay off, and you can build a rewarding career.
However, it’s important to note that this isn’t the kind of job where success is handed to you. Just like the rest of the world—if you don’t work, you don’t eat. The expectations are high, and this is not the environment for anyone looking to coast through their days. But for those who are motivated and driven this is a great team.

The job has the ability to have very flexible hours. But it is very much what you make it be. To be successful you need to make a commitment to build your book of business which may take long hours.
This company helps you build your book of business by providing leads for free and some for cost (if you wish to spend money).  
Trainings built are for all levels of agents. 
Upper management is very helpful, you just have to reach out and speak up with questions and when needing help.
Mentors and management are great and supportive. But you need to be reaching out to them and not just waiting for them to reach out to you first.  

The biggest thing about this type of job is you have to be willing to put in the time and the hard work to be successful.

I had signed with a different agency previous to my finding CHC on Indeed.  
My experience there was terrible: chaotic, no effort to connect with me, just sell, sell, sell....
From day one I was impressed with the training program, ongoing support and openness to discussing issues.
My team leader is very accessible and patient with my questions.  I've been here and have not been shut down or ignored once.
You make as much money as you want to.  If you put in the time and listen to they tell you is a winning strategy, you will make money.

My manager was great.  She was supportive and would call me to find out how I was doing.  We had weekly team meetings.  Dealing with the customers was often challenging.  They wouldn't answer the phone.  Wouldn't return calls.  Would be rude or hang up on me.  Company provided a lot of training and support.   I came from a background in life insurance so this was different.  There was a lot to learn about different types of medical plans, dental plans, etc. This is a good company but the insurance industry wasn't for me.  I'm good at developing rapport but not the sales part. 

There is no euphoria but Compass is doing a good job of helping consultants succeed.  Like any good company, there are some growing pains, but nothing insurmountable or that isn't being addressed.  If you want to succeed in the insurance business, this is the place to be.  After 17 plus years in the business, I have seen a lot. I can appreciate that Compass does what they say they are going to do. The management team is in touch with the what the agents go through each day and are there to help you succeed if you are willing to do the work.  

The lack of communication is amazing. They will not help you. The only source of communication is a zoom call. I spent a few weeks of recyling old leads. and I got one, which I gave to the boss because he promised that "he will help close the leads for you."

when in reality, he means that "I will take the leads and close them for myself."

There's better insurance companies out there. NOT THIS ONE. save your breath on compass health.

I have worked with COmpass for 5 years. This was the first company that I found that actually gave me the guidance and tools I needed in order to succeed. I've been around the country and met hundreds of other agencies, nobody does it like CHC.
