Over the past year, the company has gone downhill significantly. The demands placed on employees far exceed what they were hired for, with long hours and high expectations depending on the role. Unfortunately, there is little to no meaningful training for new hires, and tasks are often piled on, leaving employees in a 'sink or swim' situation from day one.
While this could be a challenging and rewarding place to work, it's the abysmal leadership that drags it down. Decisions from higher-ups often leave employees baffled and frustrated. The sales team is placed on a pedestal, while other departments are marginalized. Promotions seem to depend more on sucking up and undermining others than on merit. Leadership is so detached that they don’t verify the information they receive, which fosters a culture where currying favor becomes the only path forward. Unless you are willing to take on several other roles you weren't hired for and won't be trained for, you better brush up on your back stabbing. 
Though there are good people in every department, leadership needs a major overhaul. It's plagued by individuals who are either drunk on power or selfish and conniving. I truly hope things improve, as there is potential for this company to be great

Complete tablet solutions have 14 years in the industry but the company is poorly run.  Ownership is not well versed in the market that they are in and do not understand how to truly treat their employees. The Ownership will tell you what you want to hear to get what they want and will throw you under the bus if anything goes wrong.  

The company compensation plan is horrific.  

Earning Vacation days are slim to none at the end of the year. 

Owners will fight for deals split commissions going towards your quota.  They own the company! yet keep profit margins sold that keeps the sales rep from making the goals properly and fairly. 

Inexperience in the sales environment and have no real competitive value vs other VAR with their business model. 

The Company is not experienced in VoIP like they think they are. Too much negative internally.  

I recommend working someplace else due to the broken promises by Owners and Management.

DO NOT WALK - RUN AWAY FROM ANY OPPORTUNITIES WITH THIS COMPANY! If you’re reading this, you’re too bright to work for this company with such a dim future. Everyone is only in it for themselves and it shows. No training. No process. I left months ago and still have nightmares from this toxic work environment. They will lose all the gifted employees they have because of poor supervisors who only want to make themselves look good. Don’t apply. Don’t interview and DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR PATHETIC PAY! they’ll just get you to do all the work and then train someone in India to take over your role within no time. You’ve been warned!

The company is a hot mess. Complete chaos and management does nothing. Everything is unorganized because there are no processes in place. Employees are not trained and their HR department is overseas in India. Earning vacation time is hard and the benefits package is lousy. Management is very unprofessional and the employee turnover is unfortunate.

Responsibilities included recieving, diagnosing, and repairing Apple products. The workplace is professional and co workers are easy to get along with.
