During my time at this company, I can honestly say the overall culture and coworkers were not the problem. Employees are capable, professional, and generally able to do their jobs without issue. The main challenge comes from leadership, management and operational structure. (we all know who)

There appears to be a disconnect between executive leadership and day-to-day operations, which has led to poor decision-making, lack of accountability, and inconsistent communication. Many employees, both past and present, have expressed similar concerns about how information is filtered upward (wrongly and poorly) and how certain operational decisions are made. There are things that are being twisted and turned when it gets to the CEOs from their birdie. 

This environment has created unnecessary tension, favoritism, and a “high-school-like” atmosphere with excessive behind-the-scenes conversations instead of transparent leadership. As a result, strong employees have left, morale has declined, and the company’s potential feels increasingly unrealized. Very important Outside partners are starting to see the decline in the company and its values. 

With clearer oversight, stronger leadership involvement, and improved operational accountability, this company could truly thrive. Unfortunately, without change, these issues will continue to impact employee retention and overall success. 

Ask yourself, management, between within the last 6 months how many people have left this company? Is the issue really them? 

I have worked at Concise Care Group for over a year. I truly enjoy what I do and working with this company. Often times it’s hard  to find an employer that invests in you, cares about you, and works with you while allowing you to reach your fullest potential. Sometimes it’s the small things that make a difference being in an office and working with people that  not just come for a job but rather a career! I have found my happy place. And I must add the snacks and the benefit perks make it that much better .

DO NOT WORK HERE- above average pay to compensate for poor management. This includes micromanagement, minimal training, and excessive workload. Incredibly high turnover rate- 12 employees were terminated/quit during my 2 months here. I attempted to research the company before being hired and did not find any reviews. I know now its because they pay to have reviews deleted (Yelp) and do not advertise under their name, only as "Confidential Employer".

This place is poorly organized and unprofessional. Great for a gig if you need something well paying while you move into your career. I came with my own knowledge and skills of case management and community engagement. There was no training with high productivity expectations. New programs being introduced often with no one qualified to run them. Turnover rate was very high. Advice, keep your head down, do your work, trust nobody and make your transition plan.

I have been working with Concise for almost two years, and the culture of the office has changed drastically since other staff have left. The environment is more positive and focused on work. If you are looking for an opportunity to strengthen your skill set and are prepared to create a routine to stay dedicated to your work, this is the place for you. The management is very supportive but they do hold you accountable to your work. The benefits are great, they provide a great workplace culture. 

Come in, get your snacks, head to your desk and prepare for the day. Don’t speak to anyone or chat across the office and prepare for your meetings. This place definitely has a corporate feel to it as they allure you in offering “culture” “security” and “growth”. I have seen many come and go in the worst ways possible. Not really a great company but good if you’re waiting on another job they hire almost immediately. 

They will pay well because it’s meant to make up for poor management and a lack of real leadership. The environment is unprofessional at times, and how you’re treated and promoted is depended more on personal dynamics than your actual work. 

Good experience to go work somewhere else !


Started working here last month and its been such an educational and fun experience! The work done here is important and very much needed for the people of California. The staff and workers are some of the kindest and nices individuals. The benefits are some of the best around town! 

A typical day includes daily meetings, constant work flow and lots of follow up.

The hardest part was communicating with facilities.

The most enjoyable- All of leadership and Colleagues. Leadership is competent, and amazing at support!
