At first, the job was a good fit and leadership was supportive and understanding. As time went on it was evident that they wanted you to work as much as possible and you were looked down on if you opted out of  voluntarily picking up double shifts. No flexibility with scheduling.  I put in my resignation and decided to work somewhere else. The next day i received a phone call from connected healthcare promising a bonus and  to raise my wages to $7 more per hour if I agreed to work a 3 day weekend that they needed coverage for.  It was short notice ,urgent, and It was explained to me that if the shifts weren't covered that they would lose their contract. I was then told I could still resign after these last 3 shifts if i wanted that.  I agreed to work the 3 shifts and when pay day came there wasnt a bonus. When I asked about the bonus,  I was ghosted and I never got a response. Lesson learned. Promises are just words. Get it in writing. 

My experience as a school psychologist was challenging. When issues arose with my contract, I did not feel supported or advocated for as the contractor. Instead, communication often left me feeling that my concerns were not being addressed in a collaborative or timely way.

From the beginning, it seemed that there was limited understanding of the responsibilities and needs of a school psychologist. When I raised legitimate concerns about the work environment and expectations, responses were slow and solutions were minimal. Eventually, communication ended, leaving me without support in my final days.

In my view, the company’s processes felt disorganized, and I would encourage other school psychologists to carefully consider whether this agency is the right fit. If you are looking for strong advocacy, consistent communication, and an agency that deeply understands the school psychology role, you may want to explore other options.

The facility I currently work for is understaffed and the work load is tremendous. I have great coworkers that work as a team and makes it attainable. The travel contract has been a great experience.
The company I work for (who placed me) has been in contact when needed, have assisted with any issues that come up and supportive to my needs. I would recommend them.

I have loved my experience so far at Connected! On a daily basis, I feel challenged by our leadership team + my peers, and I constantly feel supported by everyone on the team. Really great work culture, work life balance, and tons of opportunity to earn great commissions and grow internally.

The bosses are always there to help out, so there's never any stress. Connected has been incredibly welcoming since my interview process. The team is very open with training; everyone would drop what they are doing if you had a question. There are multiple trainings throughout the week for anything you need help with, which is fantastic. There's lots of room to grow within the company, which makes it an exciting place to work and develop professionally.

I worked for them for 2 years. Throughout my career, there were multiple incidents
 that happened that would require safety plans to be put into place. After getting punched in the face by a resident and having the situation brushed aside, that was the time to exit statge left. Proceed with caution and make sure you have insurance and plenty of knowledge to protect your license! 

Working with the company provided me with invaluable opportunities for growth and knowledge about traveling . I travel so I let them know how far w would be willing to go and some of the cities I would consider. I like the fact that I get to see new cities and people and develop relationships with different employers.

Really enjoy being part of such a great a culture. The staff are very proffesional and goes above and beyond to check in on you and to assist in any way possible . Not to mentioned you are well compensated for your work . I really enjoy doimg my travel assignment with this company and would not hesitate to refer others to do so as well .
