-The company shows limited interest in their employees other than providing good healthcare benefits, average 401k, snacks and compensation. 
-No employee development, no feedback (in some cases opposite feedback from different levels of management).  When attempting to provide feedback to upper management, you will likely be completely ignored.
-Company's only interest is overselling it's abilities and services to clients (drug manufacturers) and then putting the burden on lower level management and staff to fulfill over-promises. Management only values the feedback and requests of clients without considering how realistic it is or how it will impact the staff.
-Working your way up in the company requires backstabbing and secrecy. Instead of being rewarded for developing staff and lower-level leaders, rewards come when you throw others under the bus or use them as scapegoats.
-Example set by leaders is to act and say certain things for the manufacturers and Sr. leadership but completely contradict those same things when Sr. leadership and manufacturers are not present.  
You will be thrown under the bus for someone else to move up in the company.  It is their current formula to advance.
This company has potential and can be great if they can remove the backstabbing culture and culture of fear created by Sr. leadership. Working there as a salaried low level leader required me to work 7:30 am - 8 pm every M-F consistently for almost 2 months and there was never a moment that someone said "nice job" or "thank you" or "you're doing this right but not that".  No feedback at all.  My direct manager only provided feedback or listened to mine after I proverbially cornered her and begged.  And she told me that everything was fine and she was just as stressed and miserable as I was and that I was doing well and not to worry.  My next meeting with management was with a Sr. Leader who told me I am doing poorly and have been doing poorly consistently  I was shocked because this was the first time anyone had mentioned anything negative related to my performance to me and it was also my last day with the company.

Example of how sneaky the Sr. leadership is: They told me that they will have another leader observe me and show me some reporting tools that may help me with my job.  They said this person will observe what I do and see if there is something they can point out that will enable me to perform my duties better.  (first of all, all of this should have been my manager's job) Regardless, I obliged and showed this leader from another team my day to day functions.  Fast forward 2-3 days and I am no longer employed by the company and that leader who was supposed to be helping me now sits at my desk and possesses my job after he observed and took notes of my day to day.  They tricked me into training the person who they were going to have replace me!  I couldn't believe it.  Disgusting behavior.  Poor management but even worse humanity.

Advice:  If being hired on as a new lower-level leader, be warned and watch your back.  If you are being hired on as a hourly staff member, be advised that you will receive minimal training and little to no 1 on 1 time with your leader.  If that is something you need to be successful, look elsewhere.  Otherwise, benefits or solid and pay is pretty good, so if you don't need periodic feedback, coaching, or training...by all means...this is probably a good fit.

First, I have never had a company screw up so many of my paychecks. I repeatedly missed out on holiday pay because of a “glitch” and they can’t just cut you a check for those hours. No, you have to wait until the next pay cycle to get paid for those days. After I quit and got my last paycheck, they shorted me two days AND didn't pay me for any of my leftover PTO (which they told me, in a letter, that I would get). I reached out to HR and as usual, no response.

Second, whether you have a good experience has a lot to do with whatever team you are on. I went from a toxic environment to an encouraging one. I experienced managers/supervisors who barely spoke to you (unless you did something wrong) to a manger/supervisor who constantly gave you positive feedback and enjoyed communicating with their team. There are people in leadership here who aren’t very good at it and can be rather condescending and never give people credit for going above and beyond the call of duty, but they will call you out if they think you’ve done something wrong.

I have also never seen a company fire so many people. One lady was fired for taking PTO to take care of her sick mother, because you’re not allowed to take any PTO your first 90 days. However, the funny thing is that most people, including managers, didn’t even know that rule existed. My entire team was taking PTO during our first 90 days so technically we all should have been fired. Guess it was a good thing my manager/supervisor didn’t know about that rule. Maybe they’d know about it if there was an employee handbook available. Yeah, there isn’t one. Well, there is, but nobody has ever seen it because they haven’t put it up on the website for people to see. They say that is because it is still being reviewed by legal. Legal has been reviewing it for a year now. I guess that says a lot when you have legal taking a year to review an employee handbook. And if you run out of PTO and something happens and you have to take a day off, you could be fired. They don’t care if you were in the hospital.

Yes, the benefits are amazing, but my mental health is more important. It’s difficult to work for a company where you never know what is going on because every team seems to play by certain rules. And even on that team, sometimes the managers/supervisors are both telling you something different. Nothing like your manager telling you that you can use flex time only to have your supervisor say no, you can’t use flex time. Well, which is it??? A co-worker tried to explain her concerns with our supervisor only to be told if she doesn’t like how things are run, she can leave. Then you wonder why there is low morale. They also love hiring outside the company. Good luck trying to move up.

They are growing by leaps and bounds, but they are growing so fast, IMO, it is out of control. Be cautious when working here. At first I thought it was great but it went downhill fast. I had 3 supervisors in 6 months. Another team went through 7 supervisors in 5 months. That tell you something?

Here’s my totally fair and honest review: I’ve worked with all levels of the company and all positions. Your experience truly depends on your position and management like many other jobs. I was lucky enough to have the best Supervisor and teams when I worked there with great work/life balance as I was a hybrid role. I believe my pay was fair, but other positions need to be paid more. Benefits here are much better than most other companies I’ve seen, especially maternity leave which they recently improved even more.

Many people giving reviews do not realize work from home status is dependent on 1. The client’s expectations and 2. Your performance. If the client doesn’t want you at home then you’ll be in the office because their wants/needs come first. If you have poor performance in the office or you did at home, then you’re going back to the office. Don’t apply here if you’re going to be picky about where you work, it’s not up to you unless you have a client who is flexible on work from home status and you have great performance. If you come into the office, you’re going to have a better experience with the office culture anyways. Everyone I knew who was work from home seemed isolated and they complained they couldn’t do company culture things like everyone in the office.

The company desperately needs better training, especially for management. Many employees are promoted before they’re ready, ignoring advice from guidance. Management can be very cliquey - I saw this trend more frequently in the Operations area. This happens in every company though.

Company culture here is different than team culture. Those in charge of company culture have been intentional about trying to make it a great place for events and Employee Resource Groups. On the other hand, toxic team culture and lack of quality training for teams and management determines the employee experience so no amount of great office culture experiences will overcome a toxic team culture. That being said, I’ve never worked for a company that offers the experiences and opportunities ConnectiveRx does to employees. Employees shouldn’t take it for granted like they do. ConnectiveRx, if you won’t pay your Ops Employees (the business) more, your edge in the competition is your investment in their company culture. When employees leave, they often say they miss the culture there and come back sometimes just because of that. Invest in that.

The most enjoyable part of my position was the people and my team. I’m still very much involved with people in the organization, my team, and supervisor. This is not everyone’s experience in the company, but it was mine and I’m grateful for it.


This company poses as a good place to work; however, it is not. I was employed by this company for nearly two years and it only went downhill from the day I started. 

The job itself is outbound call center work. Very frustrating as one is measured on how many cases one completes per day. However, because it is outbound one can end up spending hours on hold with insurance companies, which affects ones total number. This is not taken into consideration by management. 

I got a lot of trust and worked very hard on developing tools and program assistance while training multiple new employees. I was promised another position IN WRITING, as they were launching a new medication. I was told I was going to be a team leader for the new medication multiple times, we just needed to wait for it to launch in the midst of the pandemic. During the seven month wait for launch, I continued to work hard and exceed my goals and expectations; I  continued to train new employees and I continued to take on additional tasks. However, when it came time to launch the new medication, I was hit with a slap in the face as they had given my position to someone else (although it says black on white that the other person was not to get it, it was mine and I was to wait). So this company strung me along and made me do their dirty work for months. When I discussed the situation with management, explaining that I did not appreciate feeling like I was lied to, they not only apologized for me feeling that way (not for them causing me to feel that way), but also stated that it was OK that I was lied to because other employees were lied to about this position as well. They really showed their true colors, that they think it is OK to lie to people (their own words). Also, many, many, many people who were both higher on seniority and newer than me has quit because of management.

I also was told when I started that I would have a specific shift, which allowed me to apply for and attend school; however, they suddenly withdrew that shift and forced me to work a shift that conflicted with my schooling. This caused me to lose an entire semester of tuition. 

At this company, you will be nothing more than a LITERAL number in a spreadsheet that will be micromanaged to the point where you cannot use the restroom without being spoken to about it. Please avoid at all costs. I am beating myself up for wasting my time and talent at a company like this. If they promise you things, it may sound great, but it cannot be trusted. Run. 

I really liked working for Connective RX for a while. I came in from a company they acquired. They said all the right things and went through a really intense branding and culture building period after we were onboard since there are multiple small companies that make up Connective. So they wanted a unified look and message. They painted words on the walls to make it seem like they are of the highest moral character and it looks really impressive until you realize that its all bull really. I am sure Harry who is the CEO believes that these things are true, but watch out all that glitters is not gold. The management is extremely volatile and while they love to think they are saving the world but they are a business and are ruthless about getting what they want to meet their goal of market domination. They lean on middle management to really squeeze all they can from the people that do the billable work. They promote people that the upper management think they can trust or like rather than the most talented. People they hire into management, especially from outside aren't supported and are scapegoated and usually fired when launches go poorly. That doesn’t stop people from trying to get into management everyone is in a race to move up the ladder the fastest they don't care who they step on to get there. They have incredible benefits, but the HR department is inept and will never give you the right info you need to get what you need without pulling your hair out. They have grown so fast that there is little in the way of standardization it feels like cross between the wild west and a clown car trying to put out a fire. With the rapid growth to get people into seats they have hired poorly and retain really toxic terrible people at the expense of good workers that can't take the bullying by peers and move on. They have acquired so many staff from old competitors or coworkers of existing employees it is very cliquish. They preach a brotherhood of employees but the tech people and the operations people are two separate worlds. The hardest part of the job is dealing with people issues with coworkers and negativity. I learned that if you don't care about anything except money you might do well there. Like I said I loved it there but the company I was hired at that seemed to be the heart of the greatness is gone. It's a shame.

I have been at CRx for about 1.5 years now.  The services provided by this company to the pharmaceutical industry is high value - this company is bound to succeed and everything I see is moving in the right direction. It is, however, a few smaller organizations that are now a part of a fast growing company, so there are still many things to do internally to support the continued growth.  One helpful program that is coming is management training.  The company promotes from within - a lot (which is amazing!) but that comes with some drawback as there hasn't been a training program, which is coming this year.  The senior management team is brilliant - I truly appreciate working with these folks who continue to impress me on a regular basis.  People are very committed to the success of this company and the culture is great.  However, there is a large population of hourly staff who don't always put their best food forward, in terms of commitment and dedication, which is common in a "call center" type of role.  Many of the poor reviews you see are from these folks who are no longer with the company because they are constantly late or call off  or have poor work ethic - all of which can impact client satisfaction.  The benefits offered by this company are some of the best in the market - PPO plans with low deductibles and low monthly costs.  12 weeks of paid maternity leave, plus paid paternity leave and caregiver leave.  Great 401k match.  They have great holiday parties, summer picnics, and many internal events throughout the year (potlucks, catered lunches, bring your child to work day, etc).  I am looking forward to a long term career here and am excited to see where we go.

The company had a lot of promise upon being hired. Small company that was growing quickly. Months after I started, we were acquired by ConnectiveRx and then things started going downhill. Too many “leaders” in roles they aren’t qualified for or possess the professionalism for doing so. Supervisors and managers would gossip about fellow coworkers and divulge information that associates should not be privy to. The founder of Careform and other top positions in the company began leaving the company after acquisition and should have been a red flag to leave. 

There is no training program for new hires. The company adapted LinkedIn Learning which is not specific to our work. We are mostly a medical insurance verification company that literally has no uniformed training. Each employee gets a different training based on who your supervisor is. 

Supervisors are given no training. Everything is learn as you go and you’re only told the correct way of doing things after you have made a mistake. Supervisors are never asked for feedback about managers or directors above them which promotes continued poor behavior from upper management. Micromanaging is at an all time high and morale is at an all time low. 

Multiple people have quit because of one particular senior manager and HR continues to let that person run wild. 

A company that was once very focused on people and culture has turned into penny pinchers and only care about dollar signs. 

I started here over six months ago and have never received a kudos just bad remarks. The quality assurance situation here is out of control. You will be subjected to horrible attitudes and combative callers. You’ll be yelled at by health care providers, patients and specialty pharmacies for issues that your coworkers created. The requirements for each call keep getting more and more particular. Company standard for QA is 97%, if you go over on hold time you’ll be at 95% immediately for the call. Some agents only get a handful of calls picked per month and others have dozens. QA picks only the bad calls and will never select a call over 5 minutes like fr no matter how excellent the call is once you’ve surpassed 5 minutes then I promise they aren’t going to listen. I’ve been paying for benefits for myself and my dependent since the start of the year and my dependents insurance is still inactive even though I’ve emailed HR and called the insurance company several times. I am very fortunate to have a remote position so I am extremely comfortable in my workplace environment. I’ve seen a lot of coworkers come and go within the company, but rarely promoted. I’ve been asked to train existing employees and take on other responsibilities without compensation. If you have the option to apply remotely I highly recommend doing so since the office space is crammed and very loud. If you are a patient support specialist then you’re basically just a call center worker.

The work is easy, if you like assisting ppl who need help. BUT you will be trained guerilla-style & thrown on the phones. Best thing about this company is the benefits are decent, pennies on the dollar raises literally, micro-mgmt. even tho they tell you they dont, and they make-up rules that are conveninently left out of the orientation manual., for example, when your offer letter & manual tells you can request to use your pto 2 weeks in advance, as of recent the Supervisors have put in place a new rule that if you call-out or work half a day, they will use your pto w/o your permission, you do not have the option of "saving" any pto for a family-function, vacation, etc. And whats disturbing is theyre saying HR made this new rule but HR hasnt emailed any of us employees about this change, seems underhanded.

The job culture is below 0, you will be doing the work of 5 people and don't expect a thank you. It's very clique like high school, mgmt have theyre favorites, not much opportunities for job growth, even if you apply for a position, you bet's believe mgmt already decided on who's being promoted. Neopotism is very much in your face. Luncheons are what you'll get the most & with a extremely high turnover rate there's plenty of food to go around. Mgmt will have meetings, take surveys asking employees opinions, but dont expect a thing to be changed. Use this as an in between or starter job because theyll hire anyone, then look for better cause it's out there.

I was called back to work by SSI People April of  2025. I couldn't refuse the offer otherwise I'd be violating Pennsylvania Unemployment  rules of refusing work. 

Anyways,  this time around,  the micro management is worse. For example,  I need permission to use the restroom and I had better be back in under 5 minutes.  I am also monitored by cameras everywhere in the call center and if theres 1 hair out of place (on a young woman) mgt walks over and calls the employee out. 

I've learned to not trust the temporary service that I'm employed with. I didn't want a call center job but that's what I'm doing.  I did learn a lot about health insurance,  I will say that. 

Typical day is calling insurance companies and reading a script and filling out an excel spreadsheet while on the phone. You're expected to make 8 calls a day, which sounds ok but you are on the phone about 45 minutes to 75 minutes each call. 

Hardest part of the job is dealing with taking any kind of breaks.  If you log off, that time taken for a quick personal call ot bathroom break, or water,  you get so many occurrences than termination happens. Oh yes, you have to put in the group chat you are taking a break so mgt can time you. 

Most enjoyable part is chatting with my co workers and making new friends.
