What is the best part of working at the company?
This is by far the worst place I've ever worked at in my life. The leadership is the worst and the Entergy project omg save yourself the stress and find a different place. The turnover rate is high they lose more people than they hire. Even two  HR personnel quit along with many TLs which are like supervisors. They can't keep employees. There's a lot of micromanaging there too so if you have small kids they don't care it's all about the company's needs. Be prepared to work a lot of mandatory overtime since they're losing a lot of agents. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The project itself and leaders. The company is unethical and you get yelled at a lot. I feel bad for the customers.

There's a lot of diversity and the company feeds you sonic burgers sometimes. Probably only good thing about that place. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Taking over 200 back to back calls risking losing your voice which happened to me. Rude customers who don't wanna pay their light bills and think they're always right.

The people were great. I loved working g side by side with folks of the community.

The company behaves as it the first time in business. Every decision is discovery learning. Very little proactive thought. Upper management has no respect for the common worker. They don’t value opinions, take other people’s ideas as their own, give no credit for the hard work others contribute.

Aweful! Companies pay millions of dollars trying to create a positive culture of ownership and devotion. It was already established and handed to them freely. This current upper leadership team managed to tear it down in a matter of months to never return. Sad!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy, overworked, unappreciated, no time for breaks and lunches to accomplish workload, followed by the onslaught of constant issues from automation, platforms, and payroll due to the company’s unwillingness to invest in their infrastructure.

Paid holiday with conditions. Weekends off

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The lies of perfect attendance bonus & stats bonus. It’s a bogus way to get future people to get on board. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
High-school but worse. The Pharr location created a mask mandate, there wouldn’t be such a thing if it wasn’t a f*** center and not a call center. They move up family members as management instead of new employees. CSR are encouraged to invite their family to work there. Unprofessional.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
With no supervisor or supervisor always late, we work with stat so our supervisor plays a huge role on how are team plays out. 

Job is easy but it’s hard when u need answers.

I love the sense of teamwork here—I feel understood, heard, and that everyone truly has a voice.

That’s a tough one to answer because I don’t have one.

A team where everyone is valued and important.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day starts with chart reviews, updating any chart notes, and reviewing previous notes. I then call our wonderful CCM patients, providing teaching and education, along with thorough documentation. Finally, I finish by completing notes, scheduling their next CCM call, and submitting reports.

Working in customer service of course your priority is the customer. This job thinks otherwise. This job treats you as if you’re nothing more than just a statistic. Several workers were advised they would be receiving a $1500 bonus in regards to stats, but when the day actually came to pay it out, they converted it to a 67¢ raise. Extremely demoralizing company.  Policies are constantly changing and they only release policies when issues occur, rather than having them set to begin with. And as soon as you bring up any issue to HR, you better be ready to defend yourself because they will find any reason to  terminate you regardless of it goes against their own policies that they created.

I applied and was "hired" to work with this company on a project. There was an issue that I and several others ran into that was supposed to be getting resolved. I was left on hold several times with no resolution and then just removed from the chat group with no warning or communication at all. I had to reach out and find out why and found that I was misinformed upon hiring about the equipment. The problem was the unprofessionalism of just leaving me on hold and never informing me that I wouldn't be able to do the project. If you want professionalism this is not the company to have it with. Work environment is ok, tried to build a positive culture but was it was ruined by a toxic environment 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come in and start looking at site numbers, attend meetings, trying to coach leaders

The ONLY thing positive about this job is that the trainer was very knowledgeable and great to work with.  EVERYTHING else about this company is just plain horrible.  There is no structure what so ever, no stability and consistency from HR all the way down to doing the actual job.  One person says one thing and then the other says another.  The pay is way under paid for the amount of work they expect you to do and if you end up finding another employment, you will not even get paid for what you have accomplished within pay periods.  This place is purely for the unexperienced agents and very desperate people.

Inconsistency, unpaid bonuses even though you've earned them. QA score graded unfair you have to go back and listen to your call and let your manager know you followed and offered everything on the list and claim your bonus, if you don't that then you miss your extra $$ because the people who score you don't grade it correctly sometimes they missed to pay you the Paid Holidays and your PTO, not enough support they train for 2 weeks, and you are on your own they limit on help support.
