It was a job you could learn new skills and you were appreciated for stepping up to want to learn as much as possible about the company and the Malls,
Even the President of the company took time and saw that you were interested in learning as much as possible about the business, Working with all the different Project Managers was enjoyable and they all strived to make a better working place fun to work there.

Working at Control Services, located in a mall, offered convenience and exposure to various projects. While the role paid slightly above average, compensation didn’t fully reflect the responsibilities. The management and overall work environment had challenges, and it wasn’t the most fulfilling experience for me.

The family relationship and friendship has priority over job quality during assisment. 
The managment were not professional by all means.  The work flow was not organized by all means 

I worked for Control Services for 33 years before retiring in 2018.
The management and atmopher of the work place is what kept me there all those years, not to mention yearly raises, bonuses, health care, and 401K matching.

I learned a lot working there to expand my IT experience. Nice place to work and good people. Often held events for employees like bbq cook offs. If you were a permanent employee they have really good benefits.

2 people I worked with wanted me to start my own church. Others were also quite christian and made me nervous to be around them.

Learned AutoCAD.

This company is very good to it's employees and always tried to make all the holidays as pleasant as possible. There were always parties and potlucks set up for every holiday,

In between jobs (layoff), a machine goes down (layoff), to many operators not enough work (layoff)…a work is work mentality just be happy you have a job.

Good employees, poor management.  Act like they care, but reality is profit is king.  Long term employees have been leaving and probably more to come going forward.

Would have to work with a bunch of different technologies across a wide array of applications.from fiber optic applications to being able to adapt old relay systems to touch screen controls
