Cons: I was hired under condition that I would be an addition to the team, 2 days later the entire front office staff was fired and I was thrown to the wolves. Our office manager left and was replaced with an office manager from another clinic so they did not have enough time to pay our clinic any attention. I had to ask for training and new tasks were added to the already lengthy list every week without pay increases. Problems weren’t addressed until weeks later. You’re told for report if you’re overloaded but you’re not taken seriously. Expectations are way too high and tasks could not be completed in 8 hour work days so lots of overtime. No reinforcements were provided so you WILL have to pick up the slack or have meetings with other departments about how you’re not doing your job. They require a 30 day notice of resignation but the hiring process took well over 30 days. Random drug tests are given if anyone has suspicions, even if the tip was given in spite.

My typical day always starts with a hateful comment from my clinic manager. I only learn from the APRN I work for. The workplace is never cold and has many cliques. The hardest part of my job is being in my clinic with my coworkers. I love my patients and I always take the best care of them. The most enjoyable part of my job is to be able to take care of my patients and send them home with answers, or them feeling better than when they came in.

Conway Regional is an excellent place for young professionals to go to gain positive meaningful experience. They have a fabulous mentoring system that will help you rise through the ranks once you've put in your time with the organization. The employees truly make the culture of Conway Regional all that it is! 

Being a pharmacy technician is a fun, rewarding, and stressful position. The pharmacy staff at Conway Regional Health System make the job easier. The hourly pay could be higher for the amount of work technicians are expected to do, but overall, it is a solid place to work and learn. Once you learn the basics, you fall into a routine, which at times can become boring. 

The pay scale at Conway Regional is terrible for anyone in an administrative role, like a CSR.  You’re expected to dress up everyday, but can’t afford to buy the dress clothes because the pay is too low.  The supervisors were demeaning, backstabbing and micromanagers.  If you asked a question that they thought was dumb, they would laugh and tell you that you should know the answer.

Nurses are required to do a lot more clerical stuff than they should. There are too many nurses telling everyone what to do instead of management. Getting reprimanded for things going wrong with in room procedures when you were not the one doing the procedure and you were not in the room for it (PICC line placements).   Also not having the correct supplies to do your job was an issue. 

The management is very dysfunctional when it comes to discipline and structure. This department stays very understaffed because of favoritism and lack of communication, and people saying that it's not in their job description. I recommend that anybody who wants a job in nutritional services to look elsewhere, because it's not worth working here for a year.

Without a doubt the worst boss I’ve ever had to work for. It’s shocking to me that the CFO would allow such a person to remain in authority over a department and continue to let staff be treated disrespectfully and unfairly. If not for such corrupt leadership, it could’ve been a great place to work. 

Conway was a small town when I moved here over 20 years ago. The town has grown considerably, but CRMC still feels like a family.  I love that I can see & talk to the CEO by just walking down the hall. No healthcare facility is without any challenges, but your voice is heard as an employee. 

I worked in the business office. I could tell one manager was very knowledgeable, but overall the company provided no development, mediocre leadership, and is a dead end for everyone that chooses to work there. Might be okay if you are straight out of HS and need experience.
