At Crazy Maple Studio, upper management lacks experience in post-production, which often leads to poor organization and unclear direction. Employees are frequently hired for one role but expected to handle the responsibilities of multiple positions, all while receiving below-market pay. This creates an environment where staff may feel overextended, undervalued, and taken advantage of.

It's a sinking ship. Turnover is absurd because employees and contractors alike are treated like robots who are expected to exude "team spirit" in an environment where employees are made to feel expendable. There is minimal leadership and you're pivoted from one project to the next with zero regard for the work you've put in. No room for growth, financially or otherwise, and they don't pay anyone on time. 

They will terminate you contract before it has been fulfilled with no warning. I was contracted for two books and was terminated before the second book was even finished.
