Managers change just as much as employees, good luck getting a raise when you have a new boss every 6 months. Makes YOU pay for cheap t-shirt “uniforms” at $9 for short sleeve,15$ long sleeve, and $30 for a dri fit polo. But they get on to you if not wearing a company shirt. Employees are nice, management is all about the dollars, not real interested in improving your work/life balance. Lots of plumbing technicians working 14-16 hour shifts even when you’re not on call. No real set schedule for the hours you’re supposed to be working when NOT on call. In 9months, I’ve had 4 different bosses, and when I approached management to ask about a raise, what I was told I would receive as a compensation raise, and what I ACTUALLY received, was less then what was advertised, as well as a promised additional raise at end of training, which never came either. Do yourself the favor and apply elsewhere where you’re actually valued. No benefits aside from what you pay for, but is that really a benefit..?


What is the best part of working at the company?
Management was understanding. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Incoming calls were overwhelming while working in ops and the pressure of meeting a deadline while working in billing was stressful but, neither were unmanageable. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Laid back, professional and relaxed. There was no pressure in being all work and no play. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
After clocking in, the day would consist of taking incoming calls and relaying any information to whom it was intended for and the other part consisted of entering jobs for the field techs into the system.

First off I would like to say thank you to Creative for affording me and opportunity to work and display my skills as a technician. I enjoyed the fact that I was in control of making my own money and it wasn't micromanaged so to speak. They provided you with a company vehicle, gas card, chemicals and work phone so I had no out of pocket expenses. I enjoyed that the most!! What I didn't like was they never had any incentives or activities for their employees.

Typical day: Unnecessary talk of others “home” activities. asking 17-19 year olds if their “home” life is exciting. 
I learned: Not every office work place is professional. Getting work done wasn’t easy, it would’ve been if there were other hard working co-workers.
Management: Was honestly and briefly not great
Work place: Not professional other than what was SUPPOSED to be done
Hardest part: getting through the day
Most enjoyable: short lunch break

I like working here. It feels more like family than co-workers. Everyone here wishes they got paid more for the most part. Mandatory on call every 3 weeks. The on call teams heavily determine how much you will be working on on call days. Keep in mind the owners of this company are not plumbers and from the looks of it this company has no plans on expanding the plumbing department or taking on bigger projects meaning wages are likely to remain the same.

Overall I love working with creative, they help with everything inside and outside of work. Not much to improve on because they’re always looking to make the job easier. How ever this job is very time consuming, and eats away at family men.  You spend more time working vs around your family. On call will make you want to quit lol but it’s all worth it.  I’ve worked with creative over 5year and I have many family members who still works for creative 

I mostly enjoyed my time as an administrative assistant. The reasons I didn't stay were both monetary and professional. The area in which I worked was full of judgmental women who loved to cause drama. But that was only a small part of the job. Outside of that, the work was easy enough and the rest of the staff were wonderful.

Id wake up and call into dispatch to receive my first stop of the day. I would complete the job and call in to get another stop. I got to meet a lot of great people within leasing offices. I cleaned and restored carpet and performed emergency water extractions. I learned how to build customer rapport and hold my self accountable for staying on task, working fast, and staying productive to get the jobs done fast without micro management,

The Tampa division has terrible management. Management constantly talks down and belittles employees over the littlest mess ups. Plumbing technicians are often sent to jobs by themselves that require two techs. Technicians have terrible work/life balance, often working 12+ hour shifts. Technician’s safety is also not prioritized in regards with vehicles

Moldy bathrooms, no janitorial services for the old and dirty office building - employees are expected to do any cleaning needed,which they rarely do. Minimum wage pay, high turnover and childish back stabbing mentality. Management could care less about employees. They have OSHA violations and have been sued for wrongful death. Poorly organized and the worst morale. These people are hateful and it’s encouraged.
