Would like to find something with room to advance. This company is already exceeding their previous years yet the field crews, including myself cannot get ahead. There is a separate crew account where my commission for the jobs goes, but it never seems to move up even though the company is doing better than ever. I can't get ahead. I would also like to find a job that is more legitimate in the way they do their taxes. I show I make $45,000 a year but I make $1500 a week before taxes. I can't show any company that I make a good profit when getting loans or whatever. It's frustrating. Then I also end up paying in thousands each year.

Most caring business owner I had ever worked for. Excellent pay, great training and flexible hours. I met an average of 5 potential buyers of air conditioning and heating systems and sold 40% of them. I learned how to convince customers to do business with the best company in Daytona. 

No work home life balance. Hourly employee that worked as a salary employee with no overtime pay or compensated time off without grief from the president of the company. President of the company is a megalomaniac. Majority of the people will stab you in the back for no reason. Absolute stressful environment to work. Would rather die than ever consider working there again.

Flexility and pay was really worth it.

The driving and traffic on road .

Great mixed cultured, everyone work together.

This law firm was great to work for becasue it was a fast-paced, and the cases were always interesting to learn about. I felt that the firm's culture was professional, yet comfortable at the same time. It was a wonderful place for me to get my feet wet in the legal field as an assistant.

The new principal had an agenda from day one to get rid of anyone there before her.  She didn't have the same rules for those returning as she did for her people she brought with her from her other school.  She allowed people to gossip and talk about others and spread lies.

If they were still in operation, I would still be there but this simply was doomed from the finish with a firm trying to take a bite from another firm that was already established.

Office don’t have a clue but the workforce does... the blind leading the blind. The people were good to work with but that’s not enough to keep someone coming back

Money was great, now advancement for staying there a long time. Pto was not good, hours were flexible though. Awful people to work with and terrible environment. If you are looking to make money and then move, this is the place for it. 

Owner has a massive temper problem
Company has declined usage of work comp on 8 occasions that I am aware of.  Worried more about their work comp premium than they are about the employee's.
