I recently went through a highly frustrating experience with Curitec, and I feel compelled to share my honest review to help others avoid the same pitfalls. From the outset, this company seemed promising. The job description boasted a hybrid work environment, the opportunity for exciting travel, and the potential for career growth. Unfortunately, once I was hired, the reality couldn't have been further from the truth.

The Bait-and-Switch
During the interview process, they heavily emphasized the hybrid work model, which was a major factor in my decision to accept the offer. They also painted a picture of a dynamic role that involved travel, collaboration, and the flexibility to work from home. However, once hired, it became clear that none of these promises were true.

The hybrid work model? Nonexistent. I was expected to be in the office every day, with no remote work options. The promised travel opportunities? Another fabrication. I quickly learned that travel was not part of the role at all. It felt like the job description was purely designed to lure in candidates, only to trap them in a position that was nothing like advertised.

Training and Sudden Layoffs
The real kicker came after a few days of training. Just when I thought things couldn’t get worse, the company announced mass layoffs, and I was let go without any warning. It was shocking, especially considering I had just completed their onboarding process. It seems this company routinely brings in new hires, invests minimal time and resources in basic training, and then cuts them loose before they've had a chance to truly contribute or grow within the company.

Deceptive Practices
I’ve since learned from other ex-employees that this is a pattern. Curitec engages in deceptive recruitment practices, luring candidates with false promises, only to burn them out or lay them off within days or weeks. This cycle is not only unethical, but it also shows a complete disregard for the well-being and stability of their employees. Management also has intense board room arguments regarding legal matters with the CEO and the drama spills out. 

Conclusion
I strongly advise anyone considering a job with Curitec to think twice. Their recruitment process is deceptive, and their treatment of employees is unprofessional and callous. If you value transparency, integrity, and job security, look elsewhere. Don't waste your time with a company that will over-promise, under-deliver, and discard you without a second thought.

My typical day begins with being prepared to round in the facility I am scheduled with appropriate documentation on hand. Those rounds are performed and then supply orders are entered into an EMR system following rounds. There is a lot of education being performed during rounds on wounds, wound products, pressure relief, etc. I have learned so much about wound healing while using the correct products for our patients since starting with Curitec, and I keep learning more with every day. Our management is top notch, approachable , they care and they listen to their staff. While there can be quite a bit of windshield time, one of the best things about this position are the professional relationships that develop, which makes windshield time a moot point. The facilities look forward to seeing us every month for rounds! 

I have had a very positive experience working here. The company provides a supportive work environment, values employee contributions, and encourages professional growth. Leadership is approachable, communication is transparent, and team members genuinely work together to achieve common goals. I can call the owners and get a call back and that has always been the case regardless of my job title and “rank”. Like any organization, there are challenges and stressful days, but overall I feel respected, supported, and empowered to succeed in my role. My team is a little work family and our dynamic makes work enjoyable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a rewarding career with opportunities for growth and development.

We implement advanced protocols to ensure residents heal quickly, which makes the work rewarding. The workplace culture is diverse and enriching, and management is both respectful and supportive, ensuring that we have access to all necessary resources and assistance when needed. I truly enjoy our weekly team meetings, as they foster collaboration and learning. I've gained invaluable knowledge from my peers and VPs, contributing significantly to both my professional and personal growth.

This company strives to ensure their team has all the necessary tools and information needed to be productive and successful. The benefits offered are in line with other industry competitors, often exceeding in some benefits. My mom recently passed and I did not have any PTO available, but management was very gracious in allowing me all the time I needed to get things in order without feeling pressured to return. Management stepped in to fulfill my weekly duties so I did not return to work in a bind. I also received my regular pay as normal. Our team is much like a family and we reach out to each other for support. Management is very responsive to all my work needs. I'm so happy to have found such a dynamic group of professionals to work with!!
