Been here for around a year now and its pretty good. Terminal manager is a good dude. The owners and upper management micromanages the company, and it can be a little annoying at times. The biggest gripe from most other drivers is dispatch, Dispatch is inexperienced and unorganized but they do tend to hear you out if you dont have time to run a particular load and will usually come up with a alternative. Getting weekends off here is difficult as with most fuel gigs. Pay is good 230 minimum on weekdays and 260 minimum on weekend days, no night shift differential. shifts are 2-2.

I wouldn't work for this company..they backstab you and are utterly unrealistic
in their scheduling..they try to run the company from another state by people who have never driven and dont listen to their drivers. One dispatcher in particular decided they didnt like me for whatever reason and then let it affect her schedule of my work. Refused to answer phone when I had work ?s

 questions.

They will tell you what you may want to hear just to get you in door. Once you get the flow of everything, you'll realize it's not really worth it. They only care about you delivering your load, and dispatch receiving their percentage, and not much about the driver himself/herself. The pay isn't worth the amount of work/loads they want you to do. 

All their trucks are leased so they are still in the beginning stage most management forgets who pay the bills so drivers not first high competitive work place so missing days can cost you your job even if you tired you still have to go to work saying no can cost you your job but top pay didn’t receive no good benefits so slowly I was leaving the good pay compensate the benefits management snitch on you then it cost you your job

clueless about the business. NEVER start on time and excuses that's exactly why they can't keep drivers. Good Luck & they will be out of business soon!

If you do something the "owners" don't like they punish your paycheck. You aren't allowed to refuse a load if you're tired or don't have enough dot clock time. No safety bonus. Payed holidays ONLY if you work that day and its only 50 dollars. If you bring up the low pay they will tell you to find another job. They don't care. It got slow do to virus they FIRED over 15 people no unemployment.

One of the better starting pay compared to other equal companies in area. Management and safety do a great job working with you and ensuring your are equipped to do your job.  The shift is a little brutal but you get use to it over time. Tractor trailers in decent shape compared to other companies i worked for. 

They only care about loads and what you didn’t do for them. They could not care any less about drivers. Management micromanaged everything and they are experts but don’t know what they are talking about. Say no or call out you will be punished. 

Was an small-family business with only 3 trucks, basically serving their own gas stations, in just 3 months they group to 5 trucks and keep looking for new customers....
