Attention job seekers: the moment you put your resume online, the nearest Cydcor office will contact you, and “sell” you into coming in for an interview (which will be the next day or day after). What you don’t know is that they have at least 10 interviews scheduled a day, and intend to hire anyone (as long as you speak English and are not “old”).
Yes they will hire ANYONE, cause the name of their game is HIRE HIRE HIRE (literally thousands of people per year) to have very very few people stick around long term. It’s a revolving wheel. Most people will quit their first day or first week, because they come in and realize all of this. 
If you do decide to stick around longer than a week, realize this: EVERYTHING is 100% commission (even if you go to a Walmart), there are NO benefits, you WILL be working far more than 40 hours a week, and you WILL be expected to use your own vehicle to travel to territories and Walmart’s (without reimbursement for gas, tolls, etc.)
If you live at home and have a small social circle and are okay with all this, REALIZE that any promotion (leadership, asst manager, owner, etc) are all glamorized. Meaning that when they say “asst managers on average make X”, “owners on average make X” it is ALL a lie. You will be broke no matter how hard you work. They just want you to work harder and chase the carrot, thinking one day you’ll be “rich” (ROFL!).
Anyways, if you end up getting to “owner”, be prepared to have no life, as your office (or shared office space) will consume all your time.. that and going to stand in Walmart or walk around knocking on peoples doors. At this point you r really brainwashed too, so any friends or significant others you had are most likely gone, and your only “friends” are ppl in the office (or shared office). Also too you may be living with them... while trying to convince them you have an awesome life and they should want it too!

typical work day consists of going over new and upcoming policies, then work on your salesmanship dialogue. On some days there are office games, fun and creative activities. Your given an area and map with addresses charted, which are rotated most of the time, so sometimes you will get scraps. Scraps equal people who have been harassed by salesmen already in that area then you go out on the field by your self(neighborhoods, apts., residential). Now you use your car or ride with someone else to these locations, use your own gas(no compensation) and tread sometimes large areas on foot. Your job is to compare the service your selling to the service they own or sell them a service. Meet new people practically every day which is nice. But soliciting is also against the law in a lot of areas, period! Which makes your job a lot harder. The police will be called on you and sometimes you my be asked to leave the neighborhood. putting a dent in potential money you could be making. Sales are hard if the service you sell keeps getting returned so just because they signed it doesn't mean your getting paid all the time. You wont see recognizable pay off until you make asst. manager and to get that far you and 4 to 5 people on a team you manager must consistently make sales weekly. Good luck and good people skills are essential to succeed.

 Behind the Scenes at Cydcor: A Day in My Role in Operations/Compliance. 
My day to day involves diving into data, reviewing systems & processes, and ensuring we’re staying aligned with internal policies and external standards, it's so much more than checking boxes. My role touches many departments — making sure the foundation of what we do is strong, secure, and scalable.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned here is that the work behind the scenes matters just as much as what’s in the spotlight. Getting to step into more visible roles — like being an ambassador at our grand 3-day customer and client event — opened my eyes to how deeply connected all of our roles are to the bigger picture. It reminded me that compliance supports confidence — in our brand, our clients, and each other.
Cydcor’s leadership doesn’t just drive performance — they invest in people. I’ve always felt supported, heard, and encouraged to grow beyond the boundaries of my role. The culture is fast-paced, yes, but also grounded in positivity, collaboration, and accountability. People genuinely want each other to succeed.

Typical Day at work:
•	Manage 25 sales offices throughout the southeast and southwest region.
•	Average over $15K per week in B2B sales, per office in the region for which I was responsible.
•	Develop 5 offices that received acknowledgement for being in the top 20 sales offices in the country for AT&T.
•	Full cycle recruiting that included interviewing, screening and training Marketing Firm’s executives and employees that bid for opportunities as subsidiaries to represent AT&T B2B and B2C Services.
•	Organize, supervise and finance multiple business trips for Corporate Trainers/Entry Level Reps

It's really a toxic hustle culture. Cydcor literally has a blog post saying "work-life balance is a myth". Do you want to have any sort of life outside of work? 

If you're competitive and motived by that kinda thing, then maybe it's for you. I would caution you to really look into Cydcor's practices... there are definitely some ethical issues and MANY lawsuits (so much so that they had to change their name multiple times). It's easy to get roped in if you're not careful. Just take a step back and look at it, though! Are they giving a realistic picture of what the job is actually like while interviewing? No. Are they being completely upfront about how compensation works? No. Are they asking you to drive all day in your own vehicle (sometimes multiple hour trips)? Yes. Are they compensating you at all for mileage? No! Are there days that you might spend working for 10-12 hours without any pay? Yes. Are there frequent after work meetings and demands? Yes. It's NOT an "8-5 job". If you work at any Cydcor office, anticipate on working an insane amount of hours with little to show for it. 

It sucks because there are genuinely great people in the company, but you can't stay at a job for nice people if you're paying to go to work. lol

Typically my day would consist of waking up two hours before I had to leave for work. I had to drive about an hour to and from work everyday. I would take a shower and be on the road about an hour and twenty mins before I had to be at the office due to the traffic. Once I got to work we would have team meetings at 10:00 a.m. At 10:30 I would take the new hires and work with them on office procedure and field work preparation with them for an hour. At 11:30 we would have our office meetings and do our high roller speeches and other office related goals and such. We would then go into the field and work door to door until 8:00 p.m. I learned how to use different methods such as Jones Effect, Indifference, Fear of Loss, and Sense of Urgency, to make sales in the field. All of our compensation was commission based only. Then we would all head back to the office after last knock at 8:00 and break down our days in Atmosphere, and then I would teach theories to the new recruits with the other team leaders and then we would get to go home around 9:30 or so. I was gone most of the day and worked very long days without a salary. I need a salary based position that is stable for my wife and daughter.

This dose of appreciation drives a collaborative environment and gives employees the desire to work harder, knowing exactly what it is that they are working towards - a better experience and increased compensation to the field. Management allows you to identify gaps in the current system and own the implementation of solutions - even in fields that you are not officially trained in, so long as you can prove your value and aptitude for the new field, providing an amazing growth opportunity for all employees. The hardest part of the job is keeping up with the changes and learning new systems, if you don't love change or have trouble learning new skills or systems. The most enjoyable part is the autonomy in what you're doing, and finding new ways to improve things.

Things can occasionally feel siloed, but this is improving. 

There isn't consistent use across the company of communication tools like Slack that enable peak agility and efficiency. E-mail is still the default, and I think this can unnecessarily stretch out the time it takes to get things done at times.
