The most stressful part about working at edge would be dealing with an angry customer but that is apart of any job.

DOCOMO Pacific is the telecom giant in the Western Pacific. They consistently have the best products and services of the three main companies established in the region. They pay very well and provide excellent benefits for the entire family. With that said, it is not easy. The position I held (Corporate Account Executive) was a very demanding one. It required a lot of time, effort, planning and dedication to complete the tasks set before me and it was absolutely worth it. While I had already possessed skills and sales and communication, my VP of the Enterprise Sales department took what I knew and magnified it exponentially within me. Through this company and experience, I have gained the most knowledge in sales, communication and project planning. If you ever have the chance with this company, take full advantage. It is absolutely worth it.

The commercials you see for Docomo Pacific are nice, however you get to see how it's actually like from the inside -- customers are starting to see it too.

I will be writing my pros and cons here in this text as the two sections for it go over the character limit. 

Pro -
Managers & Supervisors are supportive - It should already be expected, but seeing how the other departments operate makes me appreciate my managers and supervisors more. Whenever an issue arises, they will either lead or guide -- something that's missing from most of DPAC.

Con -
Pay does not match the output of work - I'm tired all the time. I no longer feel motivated. I just want to go in and go out. I have to look for a second job. We're working too much for too little. Paying your employees a few more dollars per hour will help with morale, quality of service, and customer satisfaction -- just ask us. 

I worked at Docomo for a good 5-6 years. All I can say is management was horrible when I started and horrrible up to now. They don’t have your back. They put you down. They don’t give you a chance to grow. Yes, you meet some great people but then there are those who look at you in the hallway like “what are you even doing here” kind of way. Especially management. The pay is okay but that’s just it. It was okay. I’ve seen people working so hard and they never had an increase. All the “promotional growth” are always going to those who are RELATED. So many people closely related working together. It was such a conflict of interest.  Very unprofessional and again, does not give others a chance to grow in the company. I would recommend only those who are looking for good benefits and can work simple jobs.

Your typical day at work is typical. However, you have to keep a look out at all times on Leads who will rat you out to the Manager because your "skirt is too short" or your "pants are too tight" or "your hair is still wet." Really unreasonable rules as we worked in the CC. (Call Center) I worked in Retail too and it's just about the same. Like, SORRY I SHOWER. I get that we need our employees to look nice and sharp at all times. It just doesn't seem fair if the upper management can't do the same. Also, I agree with one of the reviews here about management favoritism. You won't be able to move up unless you are buddy-buddy with someone in upper management. And, there's so much conflict of interest going on. Department of Labor needs to get in there.

Due to pressure..  You'd encounter pressure, adversities and a lot of challenges.. 
These are due to companys' goal to serve the people the best they can.. 
Their continuous search on how to improve their products, technological advancement, and how to be available globally to satisfy their customers.
This the company you'd experience that employees know each other with healthy competition, team building, and work together with harmony and respect for each other.. No level of authorities.. No Boss-staff treatment.. Treating everybody equal..   Hope they still do until now.. 

Docomo Pacific was a fast pace environment. 
Customers came in to purchase Cell Units or even sign up for cable services. I was able to work with a big team and a really strong manager, it was the best work environment i had ever worked for.
I learned how to give great customer service to different kinds of customers. The hardest part of the job was dealing with irate customers, patents is key and being able to just listen to there problems. But the most enjoyable part of the job was finding a solution and doing my best to accommodate them because with out the customers there would be no company to work for.

It’s stressful the pay may not be greats but that’s where the benefits kick in. The job is fun at times but you just feel like a slave no time to finish up one customer. You get appreciation things here and there. All I’m saying is if you have no Personal life this will fit you. But if you have sick family or just family that need your help. Good luck. 

Docomo Pacific is a stable job and offers advancement opportunities, as well as internal hiring for other departments. I wouldn't recommend this to a young person as a first job, as it requires a level of commitment and care that you may not be able to provide. The company is willing to invest in employees who are willing to invest in them. I would definitely recommend this job to anyone who is looking for a company that they can be proud to work for, and anyone who loves to work with people for people. The work culture that they strive for is amazing.

It is what it is on the title.
The benefits are so good that it makes me stay. There's so much info to learn & keep in the brain. One mess up & it really goes pouring down on you. The employees at this moment, 2021, are good with "culture" & are nice but when I started, it sucked. Mean coworkers, mean leads, mean managers, I guess it's a lil bit easier for me now since I've been working for a a couple of years. The schedule changes if you're in the call center or customer service. It's not a "set" schedule. The only set schedules are if you're in a "higher" position like ... human resources or something THEN you'd be 8-5.
