Pros
-Good Step stool position if you are an IT graduate student needing experience or seeking to enter IT field 
-Possibility of cross training and projects to gain more knowledge 
-Great internal and international customer base
-Mostly great and helpful coworkers
-Flexible scheduling time off
-Good benefits
-Leadership can be good at times

Cons
-Leadership can not be good at times
-Peter’s Principle can occur in leadership promotion as this company promotes internally 
-No blame corporate culture at expense of personal accountability (If a coworker is not meeting expectations, communication is communicated to the entire team to improve expectations. More than likely you will get a “Everyone makes mistakes” generic response and little to no change when you bring up issues or for your issue to be dealt with a dismissive attitude when you bring up issues to immediate leadership)
-Pareto’s Law in work load distribution
-Unclear expectations for cross training and projects that you will be held to
-Passive aggressive and sometimes disrespectful leadership (If there’s an issue that’s needs to be corrected instead of addressing it immediately leadership may observe it for weeks or months without warning and after this period, then try to correct the issue that should have been addressed as soon as the issue was identified)
-There can be double standards for different employees 
-Micromanagement can be present 
-Promotions based on needs of business and seniority
-Unfair hierachy promotions (Ex. Doing a position and transitioning out of that position for a role with more work no change in title. Another help desk agent takes that same position with less work and receives a more senior title for the same job responsibilities)
-Below Market pay and raises do not cover increased cost of living
-Do not pay out accrued PTO or let you use it after giving notice
-High turnover rate (most people you work with will have a duration of less than 1-2 years and this can make it hard for new hires to learn the info because there are less people that have been there greater than 3 - 5 years)

Used to be a great place to work, now it's run like a dictatorship where courageous communication is met with termination. Propped up with false promises and no room for advancement unless you are a friend or family member of someone in the C-level. CEO is absent, President is  pompous, and every level of management hears but doesn't listen. Dyopath does not invest in it's employees unless their is a certification or vendor discount/authorization on the line. If you are looking for a place to learn and the move, you would get more experience working at McDonalds and probably better pay and benefits. If you have a family expect to pay upwards of 12k/yr on your deductible because the health insurance provided is expensive and bare min. If you're expecting to be paid well, keep moving. Pay is not industry standard and if you ask for a raise you will be terminated. Expect to be asked to be given job functions that don't line up with your role since the company is in an endless chaos mode with high turn over due to stressed out workers. Don't expect to know your goals here, the goal post moves on a quarterly basis. TL:DR, find some other MSP or Tech company that has their head on straight. 

A typical day at this place is you working your behind off while your co workers sit around and do nothing all day but call it work. Good luck getting a promotion as management is hardly there to see the work you do. The things said in the office would have HR writing reports for days as it’s never workplace appropriate. The raises might as well be nonexistent. You will never move up as they seem to think in order to move up you must be there for X amount of years, not based on knowledge or performance. You’ll also do ten times the work of the job description. I’d like to think I was a good worker. I showed up on time, went above and beyond, put my all into every project and item I worked on, this company could care less though. Absolute horror story of a workplace would highly suggest avoiding at all costs.

Way too much work expected of you for little pay.
Not enough staff to handle the workload. 
High turnover rate.
Management is HORRIBLE and has their favorites that don't have to handle as much of a workload.
No work/life balance.
Promises were made and never fulfilled.
No support from management or from anyone for that matter.
The company stands by contracted companies instead of employees when there are discrepancies even though there's proof you did nothing wrong.
Heavy micromanaging
Management makes mistakes and doesn't accept responsibility.

Working at Dyopath, you are typically a contracted worker so everyone works from different locations. My issue is that I was promised an increase in PTO once I hit my 5 year mark. They pushed it off twice. I was about to hit year 7 and was denied. Found out right after accepting a position at another company, that they were also not providing an annual pay increase that year either. Very sad because I liked working where I did.

Company managers support Client contractors above companies own employees. Managers are remote with no idea of day to day operations. Employees have been given bonuses rather proper raises. Overworked with workload, not enough employees for the amount of work. Underpaid for the level of service provided and for the cost of living. No work/ life balance.  Company would rather have a pizza party than pay you a decent living wage.

I never needed to actually go to their office.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing stressful, but their benefits are lacking. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Unknown, I never went to office.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
For the company, my only daily interaction was to fill out the timesheet.

Great place to work, great manager at the location I was at and very interesting environment. Nice team & teamwork. Moderately good compensation. Flexible and great place to work with constant opportunities to learn and take on more responsibilities.

Management will hire for one position and then increase responsibilities without increasing compensation. They are very slow to respond to employee needs and questions. Career advancement is non existent.

It it a fast paced. Management allowed me to stretch out and grow daily.   I was able to mentor other employees.  HR provided resources to get to know each other better, shining a spotlight on a different employee weekly often times more than one employee.  The most enjoyable part of the position are the customers.  They were always so gracious when we were able to fix their issue.
