I have been with Dart for almost a year. I like the compagnie because of the management/schedulers who always find me a shift that fits my busy schedule.
The management advocates for their staff when needed. I personally experienced some issues with the facilities and Dart intervened on my behalf. I will say they care about their employees and will reach out if an employee doesn't pick up a shift for a while. 


What I like most about being employed with Dart is the fact that their scheduling is always on point. They have good training and career advancement opportunities for every employee. The company responds quickly to employees' concerns and they provide employees with all the necessary information that might be needed within the workplaces. 

Typical day at work no micromanagement, I can get my job done in a timely and orderly fashion. I have a good work life balance thanks to Dart. Picking up extra shifts are never expected or pressured to accept.  I'm glad to be working with them as a team.

As a cna but also a parent DART has gone above and beyond to make sure I can do both! They have helped with scheduling and made sure I could still be with my kids. I wouldn't ever want to change because the Staff is amazing, the app for work is easy and convenient. I love absolutely everything about my job!!

A typical day would be making sure residents are up and ready for meals, meaning doing daily life style stuff as in brushing teeth dressing and helping feeding and making sure they are taken care of during the day. 

I love working with Dart my recruiter is awesome, she's available whenever I needed anything regardless of the time.  Dart Healthcare work with you, they're team players. Thank you Dart Healthcare for everything. 

What I have enjoyed about being employed in this company are my co-workers combined with a pleasant atmosphere environment along with being flexible around your life situations while providing excellent career advancement opportunities.

I love that I can pick up shifts that are convenient to me. Thier app is super easy to use and always offering incentives for Stat shifts. You can pick up at several facilities and work as little or as much as you want. The offer mileage reimbursement as well

Hopped on with DART from a previous company that was struggling to schedule me 40hrs a week/cancelling shifts with no availability. Was able to work per diem/contract. I chose contract for job security. Holiday pay and overtime are a bonus.
