What is the best part of working at the company?
Great place to work.  Everyone really friendly  and tonya, clinic manager was really approachable.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I would still be there but the commute was too far

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It was great. They realky cared about their employees

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
As a medical biller  I would do cash applications, daily reporting, take patients payments or resolve patient issues, research denied claims, work A/R againg

Admin is treated badly, Clinical is on a pedestal, Watch out for the lead nurse, a gossip to clinical, we had three people (admin) get fired yrs ago and all of clinical knew before it happened. The worst prehistoric phone system. Very high employee turnover.

I've been here a few years now. I feel appreciated and supported in my role (clinical). I have flexibility and enjoy the physicians and co-workers who are friendly and helpful with the day-to-day. We all work well as a team.

I went to school this was my externship and offered me a part time temp job after my externship ended, I liked some of my coworkers but I couldn't get the training that went along with my deplomia

Working in a private practice has its' benefits.  It is not as stressful as the bigger Healthcare companies.  
Private practices are becoming a dying breed, in that they make time to focus on the patient care and satisfaction as that has more importance it seems.

Fun workplace with great benefits for employees. Amazing and talented dermatologists and surgeons with great bedside manner and excellent patient care.

Good support from upper management for security and compliance goals. Great team approach for the working environment. Very professional in care of patients and environment.

I would ask to work there if available. If was to move back to Oregon. I love this place .was the first and onky place I ever worked at my entire life that I felt good, appreciated. And cared for

I enjoy working on still and solving problems with my manager.
I feel there is no opportunity for further growth available within the company.
