Management could care less about you. They will happily hang you out to dry and smile in your face. 

PI dept. was understaffed with too many cases and not enough staff, and those who are there are not competent.
Case managers throw each under the bus thinking they will get in good with management, all while they are on the verge of getting thrown under as well. Very “cliquish”— like HS, but with angry clients.

Accomplishing goals that hav e promises attached are met with newer goals. Management moves goal posts continuously, it’s genius as some people try to better themselves and end up going above and beyond to do more— only to be met with another goal. 

Promises galore and none were met. Luckily I didn’t have many expectations, I needed the PI experience so that I could go somewhere else and in that regards it helped me plenty. 

All in all it paid the bills and allowed me to learn, and so long as you stay away from “those people” you will be ok. Unless of course they just have to bring the drama to you. Remember the only way up is to throw someone under you so you can use them as a step— or so they think.

Overall this spot pays really low for the type of workload you will be working. No training. All their procedures are really disorganized which causes ton of upset clients. HR is non existent and useless. The attorneys there got sticks up their butt. Only one partner ever acknowledges you, the other two are weird. While some people were super nice and fun to work with. Most of the employees act like they run the office. They all have their cliques and act like they’re still in HS. This place is just for gaining experience and leaving to a better paying firm as soon as possible. 

I had a 8 month work history here. At first I really did not know what was going on because it was very busy, but the staff is very helpful and we got along really well. I worked the front desk and got a lot of calls that were coming in. I did not like the volume and the stress so I decided to leave. It was a great team atmosphere and they really care about the culture of the firm. I interviewed with Farid who was very forward and told me exactly what he expected. At some point in the meidation he took a client call and at first I thought he was speaking with his friend, but it turned out to be his client. I was actually really surprised and impressed at how close he was to his client. I liked that about this firm, they were really involved and did not let clients feel like they were not taken care of.

Worked there for awhile and it was actually a okay experience. The hiring process was a mess. I was interviewed and hired but wasn’t promised a call back regarding my hiring date. When I started working, I already had this one colleague lacked professionalism by staring down at me. If you work there you would know who that person is. I won’t mention names but the supervisor was also kinda rude. Despite the rude attitude, the supervisor was helpful. Some of the colleagues were actually nice and willingly to help out as well. The experience was nice despite other things I have stated. Just do your work, show up on time and you will be fine. The culture itself wasn’t for me personally. 

This was not my first choice in terms of job options. I wanted to do corporate law, but no one was hiring. I actually got hired during the pandemic oddly enough. They were great and really helped me learn about the business. I just was not passionate about it like the rest of the team was so I didn't stay. I sort of regret it now and wished I had stayed with them. I recently started working corporate and absolutely hate it. This was a far better place with culture and real opportunities to help people and grow.

Having been with the firm for nearly a decade, I've found my growth and learning opportunities here unmatched. The firm's commitment to professional development and its mentorship culture have greatly contributed to my career. Management's openness to feedback and active encouragement of work-life balance are commendable.
