What is the best part of working at the company?
One other employee everything else was horrible!!! Very snobbish

Getting a straight job description and other employees running and starting trouble daily

Very ALL WHITE snobbery rude they look down on different people and we’re not friendly at all! 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come in get invoices hand them out to each person assigned answer calls get guests water show them the restrooms get delivery orders at door and take to person. Answer door escort to meetings

The best part of working for dual temp was being alone driving in the van so I could be away from the toxic employees.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Other techs will talk down on you and try everything they can to get one up on you. 0 teamwork 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Do the most work for the minimum amount of pay

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Driving about an hour to the jobsite and unloading filters parts etc, and then driving back to the shop to return said parts because 80% of the time the office people order the wrong stuff.

Worked for Dualtemp over Two years, decent good working guys that are completely underpaid and walked on. Couple co-foreman pretty much unbearable to work with. They do have a couple good project managers to work under, but everyone above them are completely careless and have no clue how to treat there employees or operate daily business, it’s a joke. Human Resources department is completely incompetent.The benefits are decent but I would never recommend anyone work there for many other reasons. Trust me when I tell you to Give a hard pass to this company, you will not be happy!

Management
I have found Dual Temp to be a great place to advance as a technician. My direct service management team always gets me the support and technical information that I need to perform my job. Company is very up to date with the technology of today’s industry. Work atmosphere has been relaxed, and everyone is treated with mutual respect. I believe I am paid fairly for my experience level and see potential to grow as a technician and in pay. Benefits are top notch with a 0 deductible. Overall I have found zero complaints. Dualtemp has exceeded my expectation as an employer.

My experience with Dual Temp Company was excellent.  They are a company on the cutting edge, always looking for the best and efficient way to get the job done utilizing current technologies available.  Dual Temp has a relaxed and fun work environment.  Dual Temp's benefits are the best you will find.  All in all Dual Temp is one of the best companies to work for.

Answering phones, scheduling. We have a great workplace culture in our team. Most enjoyable is my co workers everyday. Hardest part is making sure everything is done in a timely manner. Management helps their employees with their goals and always helpful when needed. 

While my time there was fairly short and ended in a pay dispute.  I certainly take some of the blame for not clarifying my compensation package ahead of time. Otherwise I can't complain about the work atmosphere support and people.  I would recommend Dual Temp as an employer overall. 

Pace of work is can be fast paced and schedules demanding at times.Company works as a Team to meet the demands of the projects.Overall the culture is good and people pull together to make things happen.

Answered phones, billing, payroll, account receivables and paybles.

Learned the contracting business

Nice group of guys to work with.

I was the only office help.
