Favoritism. Favoritism. Favoritism. If they like you you’ll go far. Whenever you start everyone welcomes you with open arms after about 3 days of training you’re thrown to wolves. If you do your job well you’ll get to do other people’s job. Management is absolute T R A S H. They will tell you that you can confide in hr but that’s a BOLD FACE LIE. Soon as you tell them something personal your business will spread like wildfire. Dugood loves you give you ultimatums do this or move here or you’re relived of service. Don’t get too comfortable in a position they could demote you at anytime and tell you that it’s “what’s best for the company”. If you’re a part time teller kiss your Saturday goodbye Dugood will see you every Saturday from 8 to 12. Fear the log because they’ll be ready to put you on it at any given time for any given thing. As a new teller be ready to work the drive thru get comfortable because that’ll be your new home. Member services get it right or that’s your tail. One or more error and that’s it (unless you’re the favorite) Remember the Member is ALWAYS right!!! 40hrs FT 25/28 PT Max (DUGOOD don’t play that overtime stuff) 

Ever notice why they have so many positions available... High turnover rate! Quit. Fired. Relived of service.

If you want to work there keep your mouth closed and your ear to the ground

Members come first so you customer service skills should be the best. If there is a compliant depending on who they talk to and the issue the member will win unless you have physical evidence to prove what you did was correct. Follow all produces to avoid mistakes down the line. Movement in the branch depends on the management at that particular branch you work at. Its not hard to do the requirements to move up just make yourself available to do so. Community services is a big event so be involved in some of the events they can be really fun to do. You learn a lot about financial institution procedure that can be used in real life as well which i found helpful.

My overall experience at Dugood was amazing.  It is a great place to work with great people in all levels.  The only thing that I grew to dislike after a couple of years was working so many Saturdays.  Otherwise you could not ask for a better Job.
Great training throughout all levels. A raise with every grade you move up.  Yearly raises with a good review.  Management and administrative staff are top notch. Great people all around. Great Job, and great place to work.

I loved working here! Management was really supportive with helping me advance to higher levels. There is definitely room for growth here, you just need to be willing to learn. My co workers were very easy to work with and leaving was a super hard thing to do! 

It's a very good place to work for.  The best managers also, they always understand if you anything going on and are very understanding and try to work with your schedule.

If you want a chance at becoming a teller for the first time, this is not the place to work. They will throw you away like a piece of trash after 5 days. They won’t give you much of a chance. They treated me like I was stupid. Snooty bunch of people if you ask me!

I only worked here part time in the call center. I enjoyed the work and my coworkers. Everyone was supportive and very helpful! Pay was fair to the job duties in my opinion.

Manager was horrible.  Favoritism.  Micro managed. 

The job load was good, but never feeling appreciated was hard to handle.  

Bad behavior was never looked at.  Some could work hard. Others could not.  

Easy job to have. Training could be better. The work environment could be better as well but is expected when you work with a lot of females. Overall a good place to work at. 

Good place to work. The company has a very good cross training program and does well with promoting from within the company. Good retirement benefits.
