I gained valuable experience at Dunham and Jones and am grateful for my time there. I worked with some good people and also a few toxic people, but mostly nice people to work with. The work is demanding but the work/life balance is good as the firm does not demand excessive work hours and doesn't bother you outside scheduled work hours. Understandably, everyone has to make money to make business work, but I felt like the firm did not care about their clients and cared a lot more about making money. I prefer an environment where professional and caring service is given but money also made. There were also a couple of attorneys that were downright dishonest and unethical and management didn't seem to care as long as they were making money. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
I describe Dunham & Jones Law Firm the most atmosphere & professionalism place to work. Goal-oriented  leadership, fair pay and quality benefits. I consider my time at this company to be one of the highlights of my career.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Many calls, but it kept me busy and time was going fast. I felt that I had a productive day.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment was pleasant. Very nice co-workers. I never had any complaints. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I focused on helping potential clients verify their eligibility for the services we offered at the law firm.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Everyone there was very nice and polite to work with. Always very respectful.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I do not speak Spanish. It would have been very helpful.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The attorneys who work there work very hard and are very busy. Majority of their clients are minorities.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Welcoming clients into the office who are waiting to meet with their attorney.

Just awful!  Micromanaged, treated as you are in  Kindergarten.  Office Manager has no experience in what is going on, only knows how to dictate.  The staff girls (legal Assistants) are caddy, rude and very unprofessional. There is no passion in this office to do the right thing for their clients.  An worst of all they do utilize the talent they have in front of them.  Very unprofessional office.  Benefits are awful and absolutely no overtime and pay isn't great!

I can honestly say I was so blessed to get this opportunity as I am still finishing my bachelors. I took it very serious and gave them my all, and they always showed their appreciation for my work ethic. I went out of my way, from quick book intermediate classes, to bookkeeping during summers and again just took this opportunity as such a blessing! I'm so sad I have to leave but due to family emergencies, I have no other option!

Great Management and Leadership! definitely worth a try !

Actually not a lot if you are a self driven individual who strives to better yourself and are willing to learn ! 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s diverse and clean buildings! 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Always something New to learn, gain, & room to grow !

Management is not good. They said one thing but did the opposite, you cannot trust the on site manager for the Amarillo office. 

Pay was not good, b/c benefits are so expensive. Not good with those who have children. 

Very understanding company, when it comes to children , and having a life outside of work , everyone is very nice it’s like a small family, the legal assistants are very helpful . Management understands if you have family issues 

Lots of opportunity for learning, management can sometimes be overbearing, but its better than completely hand off! If you are a young attorney and you want to learn, this place is the place for you. 

Manager was very unfair, looked over certain people wrong doing and get on the ones that would actually work have is working in a hot office and would say we would be ok.
