I worked at this company for a total of eight years over the last decade (left for two years).
Overall, I found this company to be an excellent place to increase and sharpen technical skills, but also an excellent place to build a strong list of professional contacts.
Like all companies, your experience here will be what you make of it.  Yes, there are difficult people to work with across the spectrum of the company, but there are also excellent co-workers and managers with whom you can build strong working relationships to get things done.
While I did eventually choose to move on from this company, I enjoyed the majority of my time here.  No place is perfect, but if you go in knowing what to expect (a fast-paced and often high-pressure environment), then you find opportunities to sharpen technical skills (as you will work with things across the spectrum of IT support) and you will also learn how to sharpen communication skills (as customers will often need complex situations explained to them in a non-condescending and understandable fashion).
I do feel that leadership has become less approachable since the company was purchased by a venture capital firm, and focused more on profitability rather than the company culture and employee morale.  They were working to improve that as I was departing the company.
Their compensation packages are not the best.  They do tend to pay right at average pay levels for each position and the benefits could be better when compared to other companies in the area (but they are both adequate).
For anyone looking to spend time improving their skills and knowing what they are going into - this company is an excellent opportunity.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing was good. Unorganized and all men on the team. Negative for women. Daily work was troubleshooting issues from a lan line to dropping a Wi-Fi hotspot. Manage services with no documentation for the clients that you support.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Unorganized and everything is last minute.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Terrible all men that cuss and complain every day. Keep information from you. The only thing you have is God. They have egos that rule the work environment.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Headache scrabbling for information.

Run of the mill reverse recruitment IT services company where the salesmen contract companies into one central user support location instead of IT individuals working on short or long term contracts with individual companies. Amongst the lowest paid companies in the Greensboro area. Currently "insourcing" all support positions to low paid Philippine employees. Currently requesting US employees to provide 3rd world employees information on IT solutions.

They leave people alone to do their work with minimal oversight, and keep meetings to a minimum.  They do make your work / life balance pretty good, and make efforts to show you they value their employees. 

I started at this company as a Customer Service Associate. My typical day was answering phones and creating tickets for technical support. This company taught me so much that within one year, I was troubleshooting and resolving customers issues. I created great work relations with each customer. The hardest thing about this job was not having enough staff to cover the high volume calls on certain days. Our work environment was always fun and comfortable and I enjoyed going to work each day.

Stay away. This company is now owned by groups of NYC investors whose only goal is to sell the store out from underneath any future you may think you will get. There are about half the people working there that used to be, as the company brought in third world workers at $3 per hour who took the place of over 60 workers.

Great company to work for. Lots of work to do. Working from home is an option. DQ reimburses you for IT Certification. Company culture is very positive. Everyone gets along well. There is a lot of work to do so there is never a dull moment. 

Great place to work. No micro-management. Always learning new things. Lots of technology exposure. Great job security because there os always work to do. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Information is shared willingly.

Awful internally with desperation at the helm.  Employees are afraid for their jobs and the upcoming sale of the company.  Executives are out of touch and promising clients and prospects undeliverable service.  It is all about profits and new logos as the churn continues. I would not recommend this company and afraid for my well being. 

Run!!!! They fire great people because the HR Director didn’t like them. One day you will be at the company gathering and the next day fired.  There is favoritism and severe lack of communication. Responsibilities need clarity and they are losing customers left and right due to lack of process, communication, and accountability.
