This company has major issues with leadership and direction. Several experienced and effective managers—who had collectively built a strong foundation—were abruptly let go and replaced by someone with no relevant experience, who was immediately promoted to a Director role due to family ties with the CEO. The lack of qualification in key leadership roles is obvious and has created confusion and inefficiencies across the organization.

There is no clear vision or accountability, and every department seems to be operating in crisis mode, constantly trying to fix basic operational issues that shouldn't exist in the first place. It feels like no one is really in charge, and morale has dropped to an all-time low.

Compensation is another red flag. Most employees are paid essentially the same rate regardless of experience or performance. This has created a clear divide in the workplace and further undermines motivation and trust.

In over 10 years of professional experience, this is by far the most dysfunctional and demoralizing workplace I’ve encountered. I would not recommend working here unless there are serious changes made at the leadership level.

Insurance is expensive. It’s the type of place where you clock in, keep your head down, clock out and collect your paycheck. There’s a lack of direction, goals, or processes to track your growth or success. In the few months there I had little to show for my time, except better knowledge of what I need for my career. 
Every ill-conceived project, lacking goals or performance metrics, was eventually tossed once barriers surfaced during attempts to execute. Barriers that could be considered obvious to someone with familiarity with the tools used. This process continuously shed light on the inexperience or lack of vision from management. 
Work is done in silos, limiting creativity and collaboration within teams and departments. If you truly feel the need to voice an opinion contrary to that of management really, really weigh the pros and cons before spending your energy. 
Employees are primarily hired to do what is asked and nothing more - analytical thinking is discouraged. At the end of the day you will just do what one person thinks is best. You will feel underutilized and limited. It seems they would rather hire quickly than make the effort to find ways to develop your skills and work towards your professional goals, as they tie-in to those of the company.

I have worked for Dynarex for several years now and recently saw the other reviews on here. I will admit there was a time three to four years back where there was some cons as far as some employee petty politics and a one or two poor managers. However, over the past four years this place has been so much of a pleasure to work for. Management seems to really strive to make the culture here wonderful and we appreciate it. I just know that all my friends here are happy. The job security of working for Dynarex, as long as you take your job seriously and do what they expect of you its great. Healthcare is the place to be and the place seems like we grow by leaps and bounds every year. Lastly the perks of working here are phenomenal because we get 8 legal days off but then we get about ten Jewish holidays off as well. Theres more but suffice to say i really love working here.

Working for Dynarex Corporation has been nothing short of a transformative and fulfilling journey. From the moment I joined, I realized that I was part of something truly exceptional. Dynarex has set the bar high when it comes to fostering a work environment that values respect, collaboration, and personal growth.
One of the standout aspects of working for Dynarex is the company's unwavering commitment to caring for its employees while providing great customer service. That is very consistent with the company’s slogan, “We care like family” which permeates across all levels of the organization.  I can see that in the quality of its top-tier medical supply products to the dedicated team that stands behind them, Dynarex consistently strives for the highest standards. This commitment not only instills a sense of pride in the work we do but also motivates employees to push their boundaries and excel in their respective roles.

Dynarex keeps growing and expanding, which is rare for a company that has been around for decades.  What this means to you is opportunity for advancement.  I've seen it happen many times in the 5 years I worked here.  Like any place you may work, employees are expected to prove themselves.  If you are good at what you do and consistently display a sincere effort to get things done in a professional manner - you will be rewarded.  Yes, it takes time and yes, it is hard for some to consistently put in the effort.  But if you're looking for a place where you can become a valued part of the team and be recognized for your abilities, this is where that can happen for you.  I've also seen many who couldn't handle the work or who were just not ready to commit to the job.  That can happen anywhere.  But they missed out on a good opportunity to work with a team that truly cares.  I was very proud of my team and boasted about them to anyone that would listen.

I worked for Dynarex for seven years.  I learned a lot about the medical industry as a result of my time there.  Also, I was given an opportunity to be in charge of all of the pricing responsibilities for the entire company as well as work with our sales force.

The culture of the company was good.  There were good days and bad days for all concerned.  But at the end of the day, we were a family who took care and looked out for each other.

The job was very demanding at times, but rewarding as well.  Working with Dynarex taught me a lot about working under pressure
and being able to handle difficult situations.

My most enjoyable part was working with my co-workers.  They were awesome people who shared their knowledge with me daily.  Everyday was a learning experience and a chance to grow.

If you are looking to work for Dynarex in the Jacksonville Florida do not do it. I REPEAT do not do it. The was by far the worst job I ever had in my life. The management is horrible and will not have your back. They will slave you and the pay for the job is not worth it. The assistant manager is extremely Biased and will retaliate against you if you ever go to Corporate with a concern. Not to mention the corporate office is extremely biased as well they will only take management’s side if there was ever an issue against a manager. I wish I had more room to speak on this warehouse. You been warned if you want to really grow in a company this is not the one. They will have you unloaded containers until you quit. There turn around rate is extremely high no one lasts more then two years working for this company and there is no room for a promotion in this location. 

This company just doesn’t understand what workers need to be happy and do their   best. Morale is really low, and if management doesn’t start making changes, it’s only going to get worse. They’re getting rid of remote work, which these days most  places let you do at least a couple days a week. People count on that for a better balance between work and home, but they’re making it harder. It’s not just a nice thing to have, it’s something we need. They say they’re making things better, but it’s actually getting worse. The pay isn’t that great either, and we don’t get as much vacation as other companies. There’s good people here, but the company needs to start caring about us and listening to what we really need.

Not everything is what it seems when working at Dynarex’s corporate office. They laud themselves on “bringing their company to the 21st century,” yet refuse to let employees work remotely other than managers. 

From what I’ve seen, most employees are usually stressed, lost, confused, and backstabbing was at an all time high. Many managers and employees try to get ahead by going over each other’s heads, only to end up in the same position they were in when they began.

Little to no training or manager guidance. Ideas are lost on deaf ears. Projects are all over the place and the website doesn’t work half the time - nor do their other programs which employees need to do their work. 

Be weary of it here. There’s a reason there are high rates of employees quitting. 

Fast Paced family owned business that doesn’t pay well. They usually only hire women for the customer service department, and there is favoritism if you are the same race and religion as the owners. You are not allowed to take more than 30 minutes for your break or you will be called 31 minutes to 35 minutes later. No incentive or logic opportunity for growth. Attendance Is much more important than performance for companies like these so don’t show them how smart you are. Just show up and fall asleep like half their time employees do When no one is looking.
