e7 Health is a place that your voice matters.  You can affect positive change that can benefit all who work for the company.  Teams collaborate and praise one another for a job well done.  There is a lot to learn but it is all meant to provide an environment that is professional and provides safe patient care.  Questions are welcomed and you can be open about any concerns you may have.  The exciting part is that this company has plans to grow and to be a part of that growth keep me with something to look forward to.  I have learned so much in my time with the company and appreciate the support of my team members.  It is a small company but it has its' eye on bigger things.  I love the saying that is conveyed at every opportunity, "The sky is the limit" with e7 Health. 

I was hired immediately after completing school for CCMA and CPT. This was one of my favorite places to have worked. I learned more stuff while being hands-on rather than the things I learned training in school. The hardest part would be the slow days only because it makes the days seem long. The most enjoyable part was the wonderful team and everyone helping each other grow and learn and provide the best patient care.

Typical day was just no kind of concentration managers kind of run their own thing not really in line but they do help out people that work there were pretty dumb mainly women couldn't get a straight answer on anybody and the doctor himself was so full of hot air he thought he knew so much but got almost everything wrong for the most part overall I gave it a 2/10 but they have so many things I need to improve on it's laughable

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing, this is not a company to work for. Awful.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The owner was not a person to work for, it was like an assembly line or sweat shop

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Overwhelming and ridiculous. All about the profit and no care for the employees 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Long and unreasonable. Not good working conditions

I have worked at e7 Health for several years.  I find it very rewarding to work in a clinic that focuses on preventative health and wellness.  There is a great team of health care professionals who work together and that makes the day enjoyable. The patients receive excellent service which I feel very proud of. Also, e7 Health is always innovating so I have the opportunity to learn new things and continue to grow in this career which keeps things fresh and interesting.

The interview was easy. Working here you'll quickly figure out it's all smoke and mirrors. Teammates are not on your side period. Your "manager" will say they care about you but cut you quickly if they use and abuse you. Happened to me though they'll never credit me for all the hard work I did. Pay is good, but for what you have to put up with, it's not worth it. 

They are really unorganized when it comes to training people. They seem to have no clue what they're doing when it comes to consistency and training everyone the same way when they want it done so particularly as well. Hopefully they get it figured out so it's not such a terrible experience  for the new people who come in to train.

e7 Health is a preventative health and wellness company that offers much room for growth and advancement.  The work is very rewarding and everyone is supportive and always willing to help.  Your potential and success with this company is only limited by your mindset!

I did my externship hours at E7 and it was very interesting. I learned a lot of information on different testing and extended my knowledge on how this type of facility is ran. 

As a Medical Assistant you are able to learn and perform so many tasks, you never stop learning.    They offer great benefits, such as dental, vision.
