My shift was always crazy. I worked 2 nights midnight to 8 am. Then 3 nights at 3:15 to 11:45 pm. my duties never changes. i admitted patients from Urgent Care or from Labor and Delivery. I also maintained medical records and filed reports into the patients electronic medial record. the hardest part of your job was to stay awake due to your schedule. The most enjoyable part of my job was being able to help patients with the admission paperwork in a timely manor. I really liked working with our Military. It was a team I was proud to be part of. Another difficult part of my job was getting use to the lack of management, constant harassment, and the drama within the department.

I felt like I did not fit in with the culture of this company, For the first few months, I felt overwhelm and like on an Island alone. I never received any good feedback. I continued to improve and progress. However, I did not feel that I had the training or the support I needed in the beginning and felt like I was set up for failure. This position made me extremely stressed out. At the end of the day. I was actually working 2 full-time jobs and was really contemplating on leaving multiple times but did not want to let management down. Thank you for the opportunitity and the experiences. 

Over all the company and culture are good. People are friendly and nice at all levels. The pay is mid-level and doesn't compete with the the top 30%. The problem is that they are not a real company. They are staff augmentation for government contracting with friendly management but not much specialities or knowledge in any areas so they partner with other firms who have expertise. This means you have two or three different bosses and massive amounts of miss-communication and no future with the company. It's a good job of entry-level folks but I'd stay away if I were senior. The people quality is a huge issue. 

Worked here for years and it USED to be amazing. But since it's military the leadership changes frequently. The past few months it has been the most toxic and hostile work environment we have ever experienced. Everyone is unhappy, a lot of bullying, friendships ruined, management treats you poorly, yells at you despite you working hard. You have no union so haha you're screwed. The pay is not worth your sanity! This place is especially for you if you love favoritism and micromanaging. 

My contract position was in California but even though I was across the continent ERP made me feel like I was right there in the Corporate facility. Emails were answered immediately, benefits were amazing, 401 matching was provided, paid holidays, reimbursement of certifications/licenses, CA sick leave, and the option to use PTO for family days or not. I have not found another contract company with as many benefits as ERP provides for it's staff! Most companies do not match 401, reimburse for certifications/licenses, or make PTO optional for Family Days.

Typical customer service/call center job. The company itself provided great benefits, great pay, offered time off, paid holidays, and set 40 hour M-F job. The only frustrating part about the job was constantly being short staffed, however that was not due to ERP's failure. As we were contractors that blame fell on the Military Treatment Facility. The only reason I left was that I was getting burnt out working in customer service for over 10 years.

I worked on client site at a pretty bare bones government facility.  Nothing fancy like some private firms.  The work was good.  We always had access to our clients.  Not too many pointless meetings like some companies.

My co workers are OK,  They are jaded by the horrible 
management staff at ERP.  The company doesn't care
so the employees don't care.  ERP management doesn't 
have the back ground in most of the contracts they have 
so they don't care when there is issues.  NOT A GOOD 
company to work for.  They can not keep staff and hire 
anyone to work there.  Very horrible time working for them 
at Balboa Navel Hospital San Diego.  

I took a contract position later to find their contract position terminated in four months. I enjoyed the time working with the company but they were not forthcoming with information. My takeaway, I learned to ask appropriate questions related to federal government contract. It's important to know the terms of the contract and if the position is incumbent.

I worked with ERP for almost 4 years as a lead call center agent. Our medical facility had 9 providers in which I took all medication refills, appointment request and call backs for. Our call center was top 3 call centers Air Force wide under my leadership. I enjoyed working with the military and providing exceptional customer service.
