Working at Exact Billing Solutions was one of the most frustrating experiences of my career. From the beginning, training and support were minimal, and I often felt expected to figure out complex tasks on my own without proper guidance. This lack of structure made it difficult to succeed and caused unnecessary stress.

I also felt that communication and feedback were handled poorly. Instead of constructive guidance, concerns were often met with defensiveness, which created a very tense work environment. At times, I felt that my contributions were overlooked or credited elsewhere, which made it difficult to feel recognized for the effort I put in. In my opinion, the company culture fostered favoritism and lacked fairness, which made it hard to feel supported or valued.

Overall, my experience left me feeling discouraged and unappreciated. I believe the company could improve by investing in better training, providing clear expectations, recognizing employees fairly, and encouraging a more respectful and supportive workplace culture.


This job is truly chaotic. There is absolutely no job security. I’m usually not one to write reviews, but this experience deserves a warning. The work environment is filled with drama, constant back-and-forth, and a high turnover rate—even at the VP level, which says a lot.

It’s disappointing, especially because the leadership shows little regard for employees’ families or well-being. Honestly, it doesn’t even seem like they genuinely care about the children and families they’re supposed to be serving. Many families end up paying out of pocket despite being sold unrealistic promises.

The micromanagement is exhausting. At one point, we were required to send emails listing everything we planned to do each day, and again in the evening detailing what we completed. It created an environment of stress and distrust.

I didn’t even stay the full 90 days—and I don’t regret leaving early. The pay may seem appealing, but it’s not worth the mental and emotional toll. Don’t be fooled by the recruiters’ pitch. Save yourself the stress.

don't ever work here, this place is ran by money hungry individual who don't care about their employees. Expectations are way above reality, especially with the amount of work load you get. There is no one to talk to about what's actually happening unless you want to get fired. If you speak up, you will be fired the following day. By the time i came in there were people getting fired left to right due to speaking up about what's needed to be done and how to actually move forward. Nobody, not even the managers or supervisors can help you out due to the fact of them being scared of getting fired so they just shove everything management or so says down your throat. There is no culture, no one has a backbone, everyone is so scared to speak up about what the actual problem is. I've heard the CEO, even talk down on his employees saying that family isn't important here and that work has to come first even if its an emergency. Just the most treacherous human beings ever to work for. NOBODY knows anything

I’ve been working for the company for about a year. I am under the Utilization Review Dept. It is a lot of hard work, very fast paced, and constantly changing process. However our supervisors and Director are extremely supportive, and engaging. Our side is the most positive and passionate place to work in the building. The Director is very flexible, encouraging, easy going, and a big advocate for his staff.

If you enjoy working in a fast paced job and are comfortable with change, then def join the team.

The environment and culture is what you make it. I’ve been here for years and have not had a negative or bad interaction with anyone. Based on my experience, the job is fine and the people are nice

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My typical day in my short lived new position was stressful

No job security.  High turnover rate. Not a safe environment. The company functions like a sales office. Lack of tools provided for the job. They have large  backlog of work and think it can be resolved in a week. Individuals not understand their role as employee, manager and directors. A lot of back stabbing. This job taught me read the reviews. 

Management doesn’t fully understand the methodology of insurance billing or collections. Those who do know either leave the toxicity or remain silent. There are trainers who cannot properly train and managers who cannot answer simple questions. They are always, “loud and wrong”.

I only worked there for a short period of time because that’s all I could handle, I started in VOB, then went to Credentialing, I should have taken the collections position instead, there is a lot of favoritism for certain (cultures). I was basically forced to quit,  I would NOT recommend working here.  

GET OUT, THIS ISNT THE PLACE TO BE. THERES NO WORK LIFE BALANCE, THEYLL GET RID OF YOU WITH NO HESITATIONS, LOTS OF POOR PRACTICES & YOU ONLY GET 4 HOURS OF PTO PER PAY PERIOD WHICH MEANS 1 DAY A MONTH. WORKLOAD IS EXTREMELY HIGH WITH NO ASSISTANCE FROM MANAGEMENT
