If you are on the inside sales team you will notice that there is extreme High turnover rate I was hired in the end of the summer. By the month of November or December at least four people were let go or quit on the inside sales team. One of the people that was let go was with the company for 9 months if your performance drops due to outdated poor leads you will be held responsible and get multiple warnings until eventually you get a pink slip. There were meetings two times a week plus additional meetings some weeks and the weekly team meetings were ineffective and not helpful at all for improving performance. One of the most stressful parts of this sales job is that even if the lead has already said no multiple times years and years ago the lead is still called over and over again which can be a difficult process.  The pay & benefits were nice however I would not suggest that you work for this company long-term because it is all about performance you are just another number at this company whether you're on the inside sales team or outside sales team. Also in the beginning it seems easy to meet your quota but after a while you start to notice how challenging the job is and mentally draining plus demanding also. 

Been here for over 3 years now and honestly love it. My manager actually cares about helping me grow instead of just dumping work on me.

The hybrid/remote work setup is nice - no micromanaging, just clear expectations and they let you get stuff done however works best. Really good work-life balance compared to my last job.

What I didn't expect was how well the different departments work together. Usually there's drama or people don't communicate, but here everyone's pretty collaborative and works hard to push things forward. Makes projects way less stressful.

They're good about recognizing when you do well too. I've gotten raises and more interesting work because of my performance.

There is a healthy level of transparency between departments and no team member ever feels out of reach. I work remote and in-office depending on my projects and overall goals. 

If you land a job here, you’ll never want to leave. 

Quotas were extremely high and the leads were not good. The benefits and bonus around Christmas time was nice but management was very pushy about quotas and there was no additional tools to do the job.
