When I first starting working at EBQ it was great. The training was very friendly and make some great instant connections. Throughout the interview process you're going through virtual meetings with their training team all while never really knowing what you're going to be covering that day. You're expected to attend virtual training meetings still after the first week all while cold calling and dialing is now expected of you without the proper tools and resources to problem solve once you've started to hit the ground running decreasing your chances of creating great conversations over the phone and preventing you from gaining the confidence you'd need in continuing those cold calls in efforts to get warm leads for your projects(clients) then unfortunately if those leads make it all the way through for your client, you saw no commission for doing all of the dirty work(aka going through rounds of data and seeing what was good and what was bad all while also having 70% of the people you get on the phone to be incredibly rude to you). Some of the managers are great and I greatly appreciated their kindness and help but their availability to help you isn't always there due to work and project overload. I follow EBQ through Glassdoor and reading comments from current and past employees and the old work culture trends that made EBQ a revolving door and creating an uptick in turnover seems to still be there. This was a great experience to learn how to quickly problem solve in an instant through LinkedIn and other resources but still till this day I am instantly nervous when I'm expected to make a phone call or while receiving one with the need/want for it to go well. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
The onboarding and training processes were very structured and well planned out. Extremely thorough and efficient.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They focused on number of calls over quality of calls which is counter intuitive.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Stressful. There's just not enough time to get everything done that they are asking you to get done in an 8 hour shift. That forces a lot of people to work well outside of that timeframe. 

No commissions.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Non-stop calling, emailing, and documenting.

The lines of company and family blur in a positive way. EBQ fosters a healthy working space with clear deliverables and expectations. The leadership also push their employees to think for themselves and embrace change. 
Employees are encouraged to better themselves both through matrixed expectations and formal and informal training. 
Promotions are almost always selected from within the candidates training internally for the position. This gives the position a deeper experience of the people they lead.

EBQ is great. They provide excellent training, the culture is diverse, vibrant, and dynamic, and management is cooperative and attentive. Everything around the job is great, but the work itself-- calling into cold or near-cold sales leads in order to set meetings for customers-- can be super taxing. Some days it's a tolerable grind, others I feel like I want to die. If you can do that work, go for it.

Happened to me and 3 other friends I got working there. After nearly 2 years of constant meeting quotas and exceeding expectations (being top dialer and top lead generator for months in a row in my department) I was randomly switched to a red project and fired when I couldn't produce enough leads. 

Constantly in fear of losing your job. Never feel like you did well or that you are valuable. Boys club and unfair advancement practices. Dedicated employees taken advantage of. Given promotions then fired and replaced with cheaper salaried employees. 

I loved this job but they would fire you and nitpick any small details. I got fired for the dumbest reason ever and they didn’t even allow me to explain myself and they didn’t even bring up this concern. You mess up once and you’re out.

Was told we would be working a remote, but the. Was told 6 months later we would have to travel in at times. It did not matter where you were from if they said come in you had to be there. 

Going in with no experience in cold calling was scary. So many helpful people there to guide you through the process. Great benefits and awesome work culture,
